Seating is 'as you like it', meaning players who are currently interacting can choose to have their characters seated near each other. I placed my character and Swith's (she's offline for the next day or so) near the middle of the table. There aren't too many of us participating so we can keep it a smaller affair. People can choose where they want to sit and make some small talk and then I'll have Bregan give his speech and the food brought out.
The one thing I've been asked is that we keep to literal numbers. The "and all the other nations" meaning unseens and NPCs really doesn't work in the long run if we hope to keep official attendance rosters.
