Well the problem I'm having is that none of the signature generators support Russian Cyrillic as a font.

It appears that a lot of those signatures are abbreviated to initials. Hopefully that'll make it easier to find your delegate's initials. If not, just find the initials in any order and I'll swap em in Photoshop.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION:
The MP serves as the most senior minister of cabinet in the executive branch of the MSU and is charged with the execution of Congressional Union law, alongside the responsibility of appointing Ministry executives, regulatory officers, and concluding treaties with foreign powers with the advice and consent of the Congressional Union. The Minister-President has the power to call the Legislative Branch to convene, or to dismiss it when business is concluded. The Minister-President may be called upon when the Congressional Union has reached a tie.

The person accepting this nomination must be willing to work. It's a position of great responsibility. The MP opens and closes session. The MP has to break ties, and it's something that the person can't take lightly... because if it looks like the MP has just flipped a coin, the people who invested a crapton of time into their issue/bill/resolution will be extremely pissed that their data wasn't fully taken into account.

The MP has to be a team player, too. It means delegating the workload. He has a Ministry team, and it's up to him to appoint Ministers every three months. If it becomes a popularity contest, we'll have all the extra workload put on other players. Not fair. He'll need to work with the CIS Reps and Head in order to make sure the alliance mechanics... the behind the scenes stuff... is running smoothly, and that include OSF website stuff. Think of American leadership. Obama has hopes and ideas, but he has to present them to Congress and Congress decides if those ideas are good. Obama can issue an executive order if Congress is stalled, but we don't have EO provisions in our charter (on purpose).

The Minister-President may not concurrently hold office within the Legislative Branch as either a Representative or Head, nor can the Minister-President be concurrently a leader of their Nation or heir to that throne, position or title. This opens the door for those of you who might want to have royal PCs.

The MP should be a patient person and have gaming experience. You had better believe people will blow up his TG box if trouble arises. Players turn to authority figures and demand fixes... and the MP can't just jump in and make everything right if he's got to balance IC power with Congress. If he bypasses our right to voice an opinion (us as in Congress), he becomes a dictator. As example, he can't just make a treaty with the IFC. That takes an act of Congress. He can change out ministers, or call for the Trade Minister to contact the GESO to inquire about shipping routes, but the Trade Minister is only fact-finding and he, likewise, can't make a trade agreement... because that takes an act of Congress.

Some people provided sigs but aren't in the IC. We can get a hold of them to see if they're fine with the charter. There are times when people won't be able to be physically present, although they want to sign. I think it would be safe to say that every Congressmember's nation has staff on the station, and signatures can be carried through that office.
