Yeah, but as Euski is both host and overseer (it's his last contest as overseer tho), I guess sign-ups should stay open until he comes online to close them.
We have about 30 confirmed participants by now - the most ever in the history of WHF, and more than the current WorldVision.

Not true, we've had up to 34 applications (in both WHF11 and WHF13).
------
Hello everyone! During the week I'm usually not online because of my studies, so I'll restrict my WHF activity to the weekends. So now, I guess, arrives the question of "why weren't you here during the weekend?"
Well, I went to the Pyrenees and I finally "met" snow. I also learned how to ski... It was AWESOME....
Now, about the IC thread, it will be opened this weekend. About the OP, it will be updated right now in order to change its status to 'closed' and add the information of the participating entries.

Kalosia is the new overseer of the WHF
[cut] I decided to choose Kalosia as the new overseer for the World Hit Festival. [cut]
Euskirribakondara will not host WHF14
[cut] So I have to announce too, that I won't be able to host or even participate in the 14th edition of the World Hit Festival. I leave to the discretion of Kalosia, who will be in charge of hosting the contest. [cut]
Good luck everybody... And the show must go on!
P.S.: I can't believe writing this feels a bit sad indeed. But well, it's been more than two and a half years... It had to mean something, didn't it?

Euski said he couldn't host, 2nd-placed WHF13 contestant Kishrael also declined, but 3rd-placed New Warwick accepted the offer. It'll take 1-2 days for him to set up, but regardless, it still comes off as a relief.
It'll mark the first time the nation has hosted the show. Congratulations!

The stage is in the center of the circular arena, with the audience surrounding it on all four sides.
The floor of the stage changes colors. There are the standard effects (wind machines, pyrotechnics, fog/smoke machines, etc.), and the circle in the center of the stage (the area within the black circle) is a platform that can be raised or lowered.
