As someone who spends my time in the RP circles of this site, there is a shocking lack of sportsmanship (or indeed fun in general) from Jocospor's opponents. I wouldn't have endorsed had it not been for this

It's hard to pal around with a guy that shares a table with OOC fascists. Even if Jocospor and Shrew deny being fascists, say that it's just RP for them, and that they don't stand for these views in RL, real fascists that do embrace violent views champion these guys as their heroes, and that just makes them really unpalatable, roleplay or not.

Frankly I don't care what your political affiliations are, but if you support this kind of corruption I don't see how you can so consistently come here on the forums and lecture me about authoritarianism and "fascism" when it's clear you don't support democracy yourself.

Ranked voting is a part of democracy, though. Personally, I certainly have a sequence of preferred candidates beyond just one.

This isn't ranked voting. It's first past the post. And we were most certainly past that post before the other candidates decided to rig the election by asking supporters to redistribute their own votes.

I don't have a problem with an individual nation voting strategically, or whatever, that's a fine tactic if you really want to get down to it.

The problem is that the candidates themselves are literally telling their supporters not to vote for them, vote for this other guy because I told you so. There's been 50,000 telegrams sent out in the last hour from the candidates themselves that say exactly this.

Alright, I was always a member of the Bigtopia campaign, we ran on a decisive platform of anti-establishment politics, ours was a completely grassroots campaign with not support from massive GCRs. Now that the chances of us making the generals are weak, I have switched my vote over to Jocospor without becoming a fascist in any way.
