it could be tied to system time so if it isn't April fools day for you it won't appear. That or it isn't going on mobiles and some other devices.

Puppet of GGS. I can confirm that I don't see the prank on this account, but I do on my main. I'll check my other puppets, including 20 slave colonies, to try to figure out if there's some reasoning behind who gets to see it.
