Abilities or equipment: She has the ability to use shadow magic, this mainly consists of shadow travel, melding, and hurling bolts/orbs etc, at people. Pretty much anything that has to do with shadows, she can do. Sunlight nulls her abilities, rendering her useless in the day or in direct light. She has the ability to summon a cutlass, made of a sturdy black metal material.
Do they do anything outside magical world like school, work, something?: She works at a library
Biography: Born and raised in Chicago, Grace has learned the ropes of a city. She learned about her powers at the age of ten, never doing anything with them until eleven. Her parents found out and threw her out on the streets. She'd been chased by operators and government agents ever since, always running around. She learned to fight with her powers because of them, though, so she can't necessarily say they didn't help to some extent.

Personality: Adelaide Spence would be described by most people as charming, affable and very professional. She can become rather single-minded when dedicated to a project, something which can be either helpful or irritating depending upon whether her priorities line up with one's own. Those who know Adelaide on a more personal level see her as fun-loving with a silly (and sometimes nihilistic) sense of humour which often manifests at inappropriate moments. Most people will also realise she loves being the centre of attention although if she gets too much she will become strangely retiring. Only those who know her extremely well will realise that her actions are governed by a strong moral compass and somewhat archaic sense of honour.

Abilities or equipment: (Also a descriptive paragraph mentioning character's limits.) Adelaide is rather gifted at illusion magic. She can make extremely believable illusions including making herself invisible while one or more projected versions of herself does something else. She is extremely adept at making people fall asleep but is generally extremely weak at anything else (particularly combat magic). That being said, she can handle herself in hand to hand combat and use firearms more than competently (and has a Glock 26 which she frequently has hidden about her person). She can also, potentially, use objects enchanted to allow her to overcome some of her weaknesses... but doesn't have any and lacks the skill to make them herself.
Do they do anything outside magical world like school, work, something?: Adelaide makes a living as a private investigator - her ability to conceal herself in plain view has been most helpful.
Biography: (At least a paragraph) Adelaide had lived her whole life in and around Chicago. She comes from a working class family and went to the local school where she neither excelled nor did particularly poorly. In her early teens, when her magical powers first began to manifest, she was initially terrified, withdrew from her peers and, entered into a spiral of depression. Adelaide never became suicidal, however, and once she realised she wanted to live she also realised that the only way to make sure she never did anything to attract attention to herself, the good or the bad kind for as soon as anyone paid too much attention to her they became in danger of discovering what she was.
The best way, she decided, to fly under the radar, to keep from attracting attention, was to remain completely unremarkable. She went back to class and continued doing what she had before. She didn't do badly in her studies, she didn't do well. She kept her nose clean but didn't put herself forward for any kind of leadership roles. She made an effort to mix with the popular crowd without ever becoming a top dog. She never revealed her secret to anyone, not even to her parents. To date, she still hasn't. If they have any magical abilities of their own they certainly haven't revealed them to Adelaide.
Adelaide did not go on to College when she graduated High School. Instead, realising the direction her magical talents had developed, she opened up a private detective agency. It seemed safer, Adelaide decided, to work in a profession where she could make a living while staying alone and away from others...

Alright, so here's my app. Tell me if there's anything I need to change. Also just making it clear, I know you said to only be humans, but he technically is a human, and even without that, him not currently being a human doesn't make him any stronger than a regular human.

Personality: (can I get a paragraph?) Adrien has always been pretty lazy and sarcastic, never putting too much effort into anything other than magic or making sure no one ever found out about his magic. Now, he is rarely suspected due to the fact that, well, he's currently inhabiting a cats body. However, he is still very cautious, and his tense nature tends to affect his usual sarcasm.

Adrien has two major magical abilities. The first is a decent talent in magic that involves the wind, able to form phantasmal limbs, blades and platforms made purely of air.
The second ability is to send his soul in to the body of someone else, allowing him to fully possess them if he concentrates hard enough. Unfortunately, this is what led to his current predicament, having sent his mind into a nearby stray cat to practice when his body was destroyed. If he is not actively possessing a person, only that person will be able to see him, and they will see him in his original, human form. He can technically interact with the environment in this form, but only in the way of sitting or standing on objects without falling through them. He cannot move anything. He does not need to eat, even though he can feel hungry. He can only satisfy these needs if the person whose body he's hitching a ride in does it.

Adriens wind magic, while originally a lot more powerful, is now fairly weak due to his new body. It also takes a higher level of concentration than it used to, making it fairly difficult to use while fighting with his body like he trained to do as a human. He is making do, but regularly has at least some level of difficulty.
His mind transfer magic can be detrimental in that, while it is usually quite useful, he has to actively send his soul back to his body when he is finished, which is what got him into this position in the first place. It also requires him to focus all his attention on the body he wishes to transfer too. The level of concentration it takes to possess the body also takes a lot of concentration, depending on the level of intelligence present in whatever he's possessing. Once he has taken control, however, he does not have to maintain this concentration unless the individual intentionally fights back, something that is exceedingly rare outside humans. In addition, in any body he actively possesses, the left eye will turn blue, the colour of his true bodies eyes, making him easily exposed if people know what to look for.

Do they do anything outside magical world like school, work, something?: Look for food. That's pretty much it, really.

Biography: (At least a paragraph) For most of his life, Adrian could rarely be described as anything but a lazy loser. He rarely put much effort into things, and was too withdrawn to make many friends. Of course, few knew that he was so withdrawn out of fear that, should he get too close to people, his nature as a magical would be exposed. He practised his magic throughout most of his life, regularly sending his mind into animals in order to roam the streets, while his own body rested.
However, one night when he was thirteen, Adrien returned to his home in the body of a young stray cat to discover that it had been completely burnt down when another, less innocent magical was escaping from the operators, burning down the buildings around him to try and make things difficult for them. His parents had never woken up to escape the fire, and so not only were they dead, his original body had burnt to death too. Now he wanders the streets, rarely leaving his cat body.

Rain had a grenade that was missing a pin, and he held himself and pretty much the room hostage so that Inien would throw her gun out. When that happened, Rain disarmed the grenade, and walked away. Then, Ray, Ana, and Age went after him, but Ray and Ana went back to the shop, which is currently being cleaned-ish.

Hope you don't mind my post, let me know if anything needs retconning. I dropped Adelaide in... opposing her own side in the conflict, because wildcard characters are fun
