Purgatory: The City at The Edge of No Where.Name: Laelynn Vinge.
Age: 17.
Years in Purgatory: 5.
Occupation: Nothing, but she occasionally helps Kura.
Prior Occupation: Absolutely nothin'.
Character Bio: Wheeen she was a young warthog!
She was the younger of two sisters separated by a year, and the quieter one too. Born in a middle class family in a comfortable house, but Laelynn didn't make many friends. The friends she did have were her own sister and a boy named William. Now, let me tell you about William a quick second.
He was an extroverted boy who genuinely enjoyed Laelynn's and Kura's company, and had a bit of a crush on the former.
So, Laelynn's life was pretty normal. She just did normal things with her sister and William. But one night, her life would end... painfully.
William invited Laelynn over, and she obliged. Kura insisted to come to, but William seemed hesitant to that idea.
She ended up coming and they all agreed to come to William's house at 6:00 PM.
Laelynn and Kura entered the house and were greeted nervously by William.
His parents weren't home and, unfortunately, wouldn't be back until at least midnight.
You see where this is going, right?
William waited for Kura to go to the bathroom, and that's when he punched Laelynn, and after a few seconds she fell unconscious. He attempted to take her to the basement, but Kura saw him dragging her sister.
What felt like immediately after Laelynn was knocked unconscious, she woke up and found herself somewhere she didn't recognize in clothes she didn't remember.
She decided to wait for a bit not knowing what to do, and after an hour of thinking about why William did that, Kura found her.
Personality: Shy and very introverted. She'd rather be crawling up in a corner and stay there for a week than deal with more than 2 people she barely knows. However, once she starts to really trust someone, you can tell that she becomes much more energetic and talkative when near them.
Otherwise, she's a mumbling ball of introversion.
How much do you Remember?: Her sister, of course. She also remembers William and how he killed her, but she doesn't remember the night he actually did.
Likes and Dislikes: Likes: Kura, animals, and also the L-word. Love... haha, actually, it's lesbians this time.
Dislikes: William, obviously, but also groups of people of almost any size and moiderers. I mean murderers.
Alignment: Um... lawful good, I suppose.
Theme: You can jam to this. But I don't think it has anything to do with Laelynn. Sorry, Charli.
Accept the Rules?: [ ] Yes [X] No
If no, reason: What were my lines again? Orders?
Oh yeah. I forgot the Line. I mean I read the Orders.
RP Sample: Yada yada something whatever you know me.
short summary: Laelynn is a nice but introverted girl whose life was cut short by a "friend". She is very shy, and it takes awhile to gain her complete trust. The only person she really trusts is her sister. She tries to avoid violence or crime at all costs.

Purgatory: The City at The Edge of No Where.Name: Kura Vinge.
Age: 18.
Years in Purgatory: 5.
Occupation: Works as a tailor.
Prior Occupation ... say it again.AppearanceCharacter Bio:
Yes, she dyed before she died.
She was the older of two sisters separated by a year, and the more extroverted one too. Born in a middle class family in a comfortable house, Kura make a few friends. Her best friends, though, were her own sister and a boy named William. Now, let me tell you about William a quick second.
He was an extroverted boy who genuinely enjoyed Laelynn's and Kura's company, and had a bit of a crush on the former. Wait... I already wrote this. Darn.
Well, you know the start of the story by now. William killed both of them. He was insane. And his reasoning was mainly because he wanted both the attention and Laelynn.
Again, he may not have been the most sane of the bunch. But he still seemed normal to almost everyone else, at least until a few days before the murder.
But let's continue the story from Kura's perspective.
Kura found William dragging her sister across the floor after she got out of the bathroom and, noticing both her bruised face and the "friend" dragging her sister across the floor, immediately rushed over.
William dropped Laelynn and grabbed a knife out of his pocket. He threatened her and said that if she went any further, he would stab Laelynn.
She tried to calm him down, but accidentally stepped forward. He was very serious.
William dropped down onto the floor and, with all of his strength, stabbed Laelynn in the chest. Kura, now utterly furious, ran at him.
What followed was a very short fight that ended with a knife and multiple holes in Kura's back.
William took both of them down to the basement while Kura was still alive. Luckily for her, though, she died before anything awful happened. And, fortunately, nothing terribly awful actually happened.
She woke up in Purgatory and, after walking around a bit in very uncomfortable clothes, found Laelynn not too far from where she woke up.
Personality: Tries to be nice, but can often be very... direct. She can be seen as rude sometimes, which may cause a few problems.
Kura can also be very passive aggressive to people she dislikes, and straight up aggressive to people who mess with Laelynn. She doesn't break the law often, but doesn't have any problem with doing so if she has to.
She's also much more extroverted than her sister.
How much do you Remember?: Laelynn, of course. She can also remember William and some of the night he killed them. She doesn't remember her other friends that much, though.
Likes and Dislikes: Likes Laelynn, obviously. She absolutely hates William and anyone else who messes with herself and Laelynn.
Alignment: True neutral.
Theme: Do DO do DO do DO do DO do DO dodododododododo
Accept the Rules?: [ ] Yes [X] No
If no, reason: Yada yada orders.
RP Sample: Refer to the above.
short summary: A sister whose life was tragically cut short by a "friend". She tries to be nice but can often fail unintentionally. Kura is very protective of Laelynn and will fight you if you so much as passively insult her. She has no problems with breaking the law if need be.

Purgatory: The City at The Edge of No Where.Name: Pandora Eversbay
Age: 17
Years in Purgatory: Has only just arrived
Occupation: Currently without a job, but willing to do anything
Prior Occupation Home-schooled student who had a retail job at her father's bakery on weekendsAppearanceCharacter Bio: Pandora's life was pretty normal, a cycle of schoolwork, working for her parents and trying to have a semblance of a social life. That was her downfall. Whilst out with her friends, she was messing about, and they were pushing each other around. It was only meant to be a joke as they walked towards their favourite cafe, the one that had the cheapest chocolate milkshakes and where they had came to be friends with the owner after time. But her friend pushed her a little too hard, and she tripped and fell into the road. They reached out, but it was too late to save her. She's only just arrived in purgatory, and isn't sure where she is.

Personality: Pandora's a bit naive about the world, and she has a tendency to do things first, and not really realise the consequences unless they're right in front of her face. She's friendly, if overly so, willing to start conversations with anyone, even if they're showing clear signs that they shouldn't be talked to or that they don't want to be talked to. To Pandora a stranger is just a friend she hasn't made yet, and it was only her friends that meant she didn't get into trouble for that. She is loyal to a point, willing to help her friends, but not break the law or otherwise get herself into trouble for them. She tries to be studious, but gets distracted rather easily, and often leaves projects unfinished.
How much do you Remember?: She vaguely remembers her parents, and the friend that pushed her into the road, but she doesn't remember why it happened. She remembers that she didn't go to school, but not why.
Likes and Dislikes: Loves chocolate milkshakes and reading YA novels. Likes climbing trees, exploring nooks and crannies of the neighborhood that would otherwise go unmissed and making new friends. Dislikes orange flavoured anything, politics and maths.
Alignment: Chaotic neutral
Theme: Owl City When Can I See You Again?
Accept the Rules?: [ ] Yes [X] No
If no, reason: I read the orders
RP Sample: "You promised," Natalie hissed, slamming her hands on the old desk of dark wood, "You promised she'd be safe. And you just let them take her? You used her as bait?" She balled up her hands, her nails digging into the wood. Honestly, she was resisting the urge to punch the man on the other side of the desk at that moment. To think, her friend left there to rot. He promised her that Emily would come home, that she'd be safe. It was the only reason Natalie didn't insist on going herself. Taking a few deep breaths, Natalie thought. She knew getting angry at him wouldn't get Emily back. There was only one thing that would get Emily back to her.
"I'll be back in a few hours. If I take any more than five, consider me dead," she stated, a finality in her voice. She wouldn't let herself be captured. She was too good for that. Natalie walked away, letting the door slam behind her as she checked how many bullets were left in her shotgun.
Natalie wouldn't let her friend die again.
short summary: Pandora, the naive everygirl. She's only just died, and so she's still getting used to the whole 'dead' thing. Far too willing to wander into places she shouldn't go, and far too willing to talk to people she should leave well alone, it's going to be a job making sure Pandora doesn't do something stupid. After all, the creatures are probably harmless... right?
