Appearance: Nathan usually wears a plain t-shirt and jeans. He wears sneakers, if anything, for shoes. He has brown, curly hair (sort of like this). His left eye is green and his right eye is blue. Nathan is somewhat muscular and his face has a bit of stubble and a short mustache. He has a small tattoo of a skull right between his wing-bones.

A pegasus has wings thus it can fly. A raptor is fast thus no points are spent in speed. These "natural" abilities should be listed in the character's description, however.

Weaknesses: The area around the wound is very delicate, which is a weakness in itself
Restrictions: he can't make pain go away, so toe-stubbing is still a problem

"The Valdis Pack" - a Cardomancy kit that he bought as a novelty gift for someone who moved away before he could give it to them. He doesn't know it's actually magic.

BACKGROUND
Education or Training: For coding, it was mostly a hobby that he taught himself. For coercion and such, he took 10 psychology classes at Stanford without officially enrolling.
Character Background/Biography: Nathan Baker was born in Minnesota, Canada on June 6th, 1992, but moved to California at the age of 2. His was generally normal until around age 10. He was getting a midnight snack one night and realized he was invisible. He gasped and suddenly returned to normal. As soon as he stopped breathing, Nathan turned invisible again. He tried to keep it a secret and learned to more or less control it. At 13, Nathan was walking home from school and really wished he was already at his front step. He shut his eyes for a second and was suddenly at his front step. Since then, Nathan had to deal with his two powers. Everything that happened until about age 22 was boring. He found out he healed quickly when he got some unimportant injury when it went away quickly, he put two and two together. At age 22, Nathan began crashing psychology college classes at Stanford, but realized he wasn't extremely interested in the subject. Meanwhile, he had taken up a hobby of coding and learned all the basics. His other hobby was baking. Then, at age 23/24, he suddenly found himself in the middle of North Warnborough. He was confused and annoyed for several hours, then decided to ask where he was. Nathan realized he wasn't on earth and asked for the nearest hotel was and they said he could stay the night. He left as soon as he woke up and headed off. Nathan soon found the building (which is where I intend to start my post if it's not an inconvenience).

It would show only one possible future of many, and factors could negate that revelation completely. Time branching. We aren't allowing precognition because it forces other players to conform to one player's projected future. So, if the cards reveal that someone is going to fall down the stairs, and that someone is Marcus, I have to break my character away from whatever in order to get him to a point in the IC where he falls. Given how our stories move very fast on one day and not at all for weeks on end, it would complicate my life (and compromise my own stories) if I was stuck setting up stuff for a future point in time.

The apartment list hasn't been updated on the front page yet (Hey, OP, get to work on this). The 8th floor is reserved for apartments that are dimensions within a dimension (the Guild, Prim's stuff, NVE's stuff) or else for Residents who are Deadly Beyond All Belief. There's actually thought put into apartment listing. Some of it is Easter Egg in nature.

These two apartments are still actually tethered through Rachel and Eva's old bedrooms.

This part of the basement contains the contagion. The Building actively suppressed Weird Shit from getting into the rest of the structure (beyond what's already in place).

The Warren - haunt of the NPC Priests, Opa (Agy), Adrastus (NPC)
Think of this as Metal Shop 101, Carpentry 101, and Autobody 101 all rolled in a big ball and tucked near the Building's power hub. Anyone with mech stuff that needs repairs... from Romy's suit to Macy's entire body... can wander in and ask for assistance. It's a way to keep our tech-heavy characters alive and running at full speed.

These are canon locations, even though Bones' apartment is a little pocket dimension. The apartment numbers go all the way back to PL Classic. They're also the closest to the Security hub (Bob) in case of mischief.

2E Dora, Luce, Chrys, Dia - Tilt

These, too, go back to the first few PL IC threads. Also, we grouped characters like Gio, the sisters, and Marcus because they interact with each other the most and spend time visiting each other. 2C was my original character's. It's established that it's across the hall from NVE (livers!) and a door down from Bones & Co, but became Naomi's, and she gifted it to her step-son, Marcus. And Bob is still in 2C, though Marcus hasn't figured that out yet. It's Naomi's way of keeping an eye on her boy.

This was a dice roll, but it also keeps the Conservators all one the same floor, and very close to the lobby in case of emergency.

This was, in part, a dice roll. Also, the Bela's want to do "couple things" like dinners and such. It would give them a chance to meet other couples in the halls. They would have an IC excuse to invite Hans and Chrys for cocktails, or Marcus and Giovenith for supper.

Again, closer to the lobby means better excuses to "hear" something and go downstairs to the dining room or lobby to investigate. This is another CoOP floor. We have a valid reason to knock on doors to "check on neighbors" and nuds players into things. But it's mixed with two PL veterans who were prone to throwing wild and fun stuff into the mix - Torsi and Bran. Both are blitz posters, and that means other blitzers like Carly and TNEL could have their characters involved in a story that matched their posting frequency. Well, back in the day when they were still blitzing.

Easter Egg! The first three plus Sully are all characters with ungodly long names. The mailboxes in the lobby have little sticky post-it notes on them because their entire name wouldn't fit in the tiny slot reserved for such purposes. The rest are shorter but still tweaky odd. This is Cer's brand of humor. I just shrug when he does stuff like this.

Cer shuffled all the Chaos characters to this floor after a major explosion. This is another Easter Egg of sorts, but there's something weird in the walls or floor or ceiling of F7 that lead to that explosion. It's the place of a future story... one that will mimic Alice in Wonderland if read by someone on acid.

Hunter is across the hall from something mysterious.
