GT... Agy's running Ascalon, so you'll need to find out if he can handle an extra player. But I could really use Thriller IC as far as figuring out what armor/weapons he has, etc. Plus he'll want to network with the healers.

And he was probably between a 2-3 on that one. It just scared him. We were watching Bridge of Spies, and he just sits up, and gets this look that something's wrong.

Hey, guys! As I've been pretty out of it for much of this week, I think it'll be best for me to jump back in during IC tomorrow; gives my mind a break, precludes stalling. My characters will attend mandatory functions, but otherwise hang out in their apartments until I grab them.

I've finally read Cer's note on the Varg story. Ho shit, high fantasy with a twist! This is gonna be fun, but only if we remain dedicated to the story. He's made it clear: players that stall us by not posting will lose their characters. No fucking around on this one. Posting frequency will be daily or every other day, depending on what we're encountering IC. We'll need to pay attention to the hints, clues, and other information provided. BUT we can't waste time overthinking everything.

Giovenith - adviser (dragons); healer. This character has final say on whether or not Varg is slain
Primordial - adviser (undead dragons)
Alexia - adviser (undead); magic combat
Sandy - magic combat
Opa and Amara - fire team

Agy: you'd wanted to work on Opa's emerging sentience. I figure he and Amara would make a good pair. The android is comprised completely of zeptomites, which she can also replicate, so any "healing" for Opa is simply a matter of lending him some in a pinch (until he can be properly repaired).

Bran: this is Drova's chance to find his niche. He'll need to put aside his princely attitude and sulking completely. I'm having Minerva appoint him as a squire - a young nobleman acting as an attendant to a knight before becoming a knight himself. This will give him a chance to learn different methods from several experienced fighters, but also allow him to learn from Marcus. Minerva will explain it IC, or else we'll do a quick collab. It'll also give you a chance to learn the action side of RP, as opposed to the dialog/introspection aspect.

Ched: Romy's powered armor was his weakness. Vroo replaces that armor, in a sense. I plan to use him to help season you as a player because, really, you have all the earmarks of a good wargamer in the making. *nods* Plus, Romy's cleverly designed, and I'd like to see him mature into a stronger, 3D being. I'd like to do a collab before the group leaves. Romy will need to meet Vroo before then, so it's a good way to set things up.

Gio: time for the godling to get her hands dirtier.

GT: Cer wants to give you a chance to get more involved. Also, this gives you a chance to master balance and levels. If you don't post, Lucius will become a meat shield. This isn't a quick campaign.

Min: I figure Alexia could do with becoming her own independent character apart from the guild.

NA: I'm including Maghrl because, in addition to his Force abilities, he's also good at bartering. We might need that skill as we travel to Varg's lair.

Prim: well, here we go again! I wouldn't mind having c!Prim on board. You've been trying to find your writing style, and trying to figure out a way to portray the character as you see him in your mind. C!Prim needs to prove his merit, too.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Do not ass pull. Do not godmod.
2. Cer wants to know your equipment lists. If it's not on the list, the character doesn't have it. WEIGHT must be taken into account. How much can your character actually carry before the strain tires him/her? We'll have horses/ponies for our characters, but we can't count on them being there through the entire story. Think The Hobbit.
3. No post = character demise, unless there's a valid reason (duty, school, work, illness)
4. Have fun, think outside the box, but pay attention, too. Read each others posts.

Maghrl's equipment list is pretty simple, I'd think. Two lightsabers, backpack about half full of scrap metal and robotics parts(can be emptied in his room and used as extra storage for supplies should he be convinced, or for trade goods.) Same with the pouches on his belts. He also has a toolbox with a few tools(hydrospanner, plasma torch, etc. the kind of stuff to help him work on robotics and metal things.) That can be left if not needed too. Oh, and of course his robes, which he's patched and modified in quite a good number of pockets

I'm not quite sure the weight of that, but he'd be able to likely walk to keep up with everyone, Squib are relatively agile and quick.

EDIT: Are my characters supposed to know what "Wold" means right now? Everyone's throwing around the term, and I feel bad for being confused about it. I know the Ogres brought it up, and that it's some sort of code, but is that standard knowledge for our characters now?

Now as for equipment for Romy for Varg, very nice and minimalist list:

Armament- His magic sword, the Magnum Langschwert Madeleine.
Armor- Gauntlets to hold onto said sword (don't come off).
Klaus's Armor (loaned).
Other stuff- Miscellaneous crap

I could add his shotgun, but I'm not going to because that would probably be very redundant for this.

Well, the Freywold is the forest a bit over yonder. I'd guess that IC, the name would have spread through the Building by now, since it's been used IC since the end of the Fiend attack. (IIRC)

Mmm. To be fair, my characters haven't been privy to much information thus far. I can see where they wouldn't know the word. Thanks!

Armament: Pyersai Aerial Saber (Made for downward slashes, as if diving from the sky), and a small ceremonial dagger
Armor: NA (May need to borrow armor if required as a Squire)
Random Equipment: Probably a change of clothes if needed, and a small grooming-kit (Wallet-sized)

He also has a rifle, but if he's for melee, he'll leave it behind.

Also, the Pyersai have no culture of Knights, so being a Squire probably won't be much of a big deal for Drova, though he might take issue to serving under someone. He'll have to get over it quick though. It'll be fun to have him learning the ropes, and being in tough situations.
