He fiercely opposes the robot government, because he believes that nothing created by Humanity has the right to turn on it's masters since it owns it's existence to them. His current goal is to get some cybernetics to improve his abilities.

Short Bio: He was born into the Mob, he was groomed to be an enforcer of sorts. unfortunately when a Loyalist agent saw his potential he was forcibly abducted. He was implanted with Cybernetics and other pieces of tech to render him under the control of Prime. He was one of the few human Loyalists who was enhanced for physical encounters as well as otherwise. One of his former Mob acquaintances saw this happen, it took them a while to pull it of but The Family protects their own. They were able to acquire some very rare very scarce tech, that worked like an EMP that targeted only Primes control frequency. They arranged incidents that would have Luk be sent ther and they overpowered him and after a while they were able to separate him from Primes control. Since then he has been working as one of the Mob's most feared and respected Enforcer. He must keep the device with him at all times or he may lapse back into Primes control. (more stuff may be added as needed.)

Cybernetics aren't weapons, they just enhance the body's natural abilities, and hand to hand becomes pretty useless when you can hardly get near your enemy without being killed.

The cybernetics would enhance the capabilities he had previously and the app isn't done yet, I was going to explain at the areas where it is needed when it is done.

Instead of going on to do gang things, he started a smuggling ring instead. He used his resources to acquire some crude homemade drones, and smuggled food, drugs, and firearms around the city. He always finds a way to turn a profit. Once the city walls were weakened, he expanded outside the city, and although at first, he lost a few men, he eventually adjusted his tactics to work outside the walls, and formed a supply route.

The gang had never really had a formal name, so Shawn just named them The Smugglers. Soon, they allied with the rebels and supplied them. Shawn has contacts on the outside, who help him get supplies into the city. His Sumggling ring is small scale, but it moves large quantities of product. What they lack in manpower, they make up for in firepower. The Smugglers rarely have more then ten men, but they are a resourceful group.
