Well I figured that the entire RP, seeing as I totally abandoned it - sincerest apologies for that, by the way, RL tends to intervene at the worst times - went through worst-case scenario. That is, the ship made it into orbit but to protect Neste she was left behind since they had to warp back to Kashtilag to get Ophelia medical attention. The ship, in its damaged state, broke apart upon exiting the warp, killing most of the crew and resulting in Ophelia's death. Phillip and Roebuck made it, though both of them resigned from the military and left Agymnum out of disgust for what happened.

Septimus kept his position in the Board but was removed from his post as head diplomat and retreated into a private life of research. That's kind of how he ended up here in the first place.

But yeah, a toast to the Captain. Loyal to the end.

EDIT: Oh, crap. Should've read the character bios instead of just assuming. Will edit. Sorry, Gio :P
