OK. Luce introduced him, so I thought the player was active. Guess not.

Torsi, I'd pull her out of the scene to free her up, if he hasn't been on in a long while. We haven't seen him in the OOC and he didn't say anything to Cer about needing to take a break.

Have her stop by Chaos? Actually, we could get characters to gather there for a meet and greet after the girls are restored. It's been a while since we all intermingled.
The offer goes to Luce and our newest married magical pair, too.

It's the local watering hole. It's actually upscale... restaurant on top, club down below. There's a lounge area when you first walk in, and a bar. Characters tend to gather there. Signs on the walls indicate that magic and weapons are not allowed. If Sandy can detect magic, he'll realize that the whole place seemed to be built by it, and the staff aren't human despite their average appearance. Plus, there's a rabbit tending bar.
It's a neutral zone and haunt.
TNEL, there are a few things in the works. http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic ... #p23305589

The Fountain of Youth is winding down, so those characters will be freed up. I think everything else is on freeform at the moment. Mezran and his group are going to go celebrate. Slobo's group is going to the library, though, and he was hoping to run into more magical characters. It might be a good way to get her more established, and his characters are fairly new as well. Torsi's Jasmine is free, once she shakes off an AWOL player.
All: the tea shop thing is just my way of establishing the owners' personalities for everyone. Please feel free to use it as a haunt.

I'm waiting to post for Torii/Katya.
I should "reboot" Dimitrus as a more serious character. Maybe sometime in the future. Antagonism is fun, but I suck at it, probably.
