It would be very odd, Swith, were Ceril from your ear. (Proof your post.)
Come to the light side.  We have teamwork, waffles, popcorn, grape juice, and way too much ramen.

Unless one is a genealogist, therapist, geneticist, or FBI agent - who is acting within the scope of their job - to claim that anyone is wrong about their own identity is not merely absurd but also extremely rude.

You'll have to point it out to me, Fvaar. I don't see things clearly at the moment.

Thank you, TG Easter Bunny. Bok bok. :p

My dad used to say "Dank ya Easta Bunny, bok bok" at home. I never gave it much thought... it was just a silly expression my family used. Years later, I said it to a Prof. She was absolutely delighted by the 80's throwback, and then told me where it came from. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KANvDIcr7M&feature=youtu.be&t=25s

I used to be terrified of the Easter Bunny when I was little, because my young mind put a bit too much literal thought into what I imagined as a seven-foot, anthropomorphic rabbit-man breaking into our home while we were asleep, thumping around, and digging through our things.

I always thought as I was falling asleep that any moment I could hear the creak and slam of the door, the thump-thump-thumping of him moving around, possibly look up from under the covers to see him look down at me with those glassy, animal eyes and twitching nose stretched over a human-sized skull.

I appreciated the chocolate, sure, but jeeze.

I used to work at a university which had a ROTC range on campus. It was open to students and staff when the ROTC guys weren't using it. That was really convenient.

I may be twenty years old, but I swear to you all I saw the Easter Bunny. I swear. Swear on my life. I woke up on Easter morning when I was young and was excited. Only I had JUST woken up so I wasn't entirely THAT excited on the outside, but I was really excited on the inside. I sat up from my bed and I swore I saw a brown-haired rabbit hop down the hallway past my room. There was a basket at the foot of my bed. I could've just been too tired to thin straight, but I'm still pretty sure of what I saw.

Aw! I used to think Cat in the Hay was Satan. I still do sometimes; creepy character is creepy. To this day I don't understand why children love that thing. That and the Grinch as I nearly walked out of the theater seeing the preview for it. -shudder-

The Cat in the Hat is Satan? I can see someone try to make that argument.

"He tempts the children to do ill will, so he fish must represent morality and the power of God. Yes, yes, it all makes sense now! And after the fish convinces the kids to throw the cat out, the cat comes back to help fix the mess, showing how ultimately even evil is subject to the will of God. THIS IS A BREAKTHROUGH!!!!"
