Possibly, but still interesting.

Character Name: Ryan DiAngelo
Character Gender: Male
Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): human
Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 5'11"/160 pounds, looks about late-twenties, nobody (including him) has any idea how old he is actually.
URL to Character Picture, if any: N/A
Primary Skill or Power: Can teleport himself up to five miles away.
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Often accidentally teleports himself into the air and hurts himself on the way down.
Secondary Skill or Power: A "5", maybe lower, in Physical. Can jump, erm, up to a second story balcony from the ground. (original description is original, I know.) Olympic-level fast as well.
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Okay stamina, but not very strong.
Character Background/Biography: Ryan woke up one day in a nice apartment with two thousand dollars in a pocket and no idea of how he got there or what he had done with his life previously. He asked around to make sure he didn't have amnesia, but nobody else knew where he was, and this was a problem. Eventually, with the help of many a linear math error during late-at-night calculations, he worked out that he was from another dimension and had accidentally gotten to Bielefeld in a terrible accident. He opened up a small business and settled down, still looking for clues about where he was and a possible way back. His previous life is a complete unknown, but he's determined to find out all about it, although if his math skills are any indication, he's screwed.
Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: Why he's here? He just woke up here - he honestly has no clue. As for what he does, mostly drinks tea and runs a business that sells those weird socks with individual toes, which are all the rage in his home dimension (worked out using math, somehow).

Vettrera 0, Royals 1: Llamanean U-21 side continues unbeaten run
STARBLAYDIA -- Another day, another win: the Royals of Super-Llamaland are on an absolute roll.
Things got out to a slow start for our home side as the Royals prepared to face the Wild Herd of Vettrera. The Bermudan Triangle of Valdevic, Player, and Guzmán, but this time it was Aidan Ferguson playing to unite them all. The Wild Herd, who were playing as aggressive as Farves set on fire, began to attack the Royal defense. It was Malvoy playing the best on the left striker side, attacking Herman at will. But it wasn't until the eighth minute until a cross-field shot hit an attacking Christie Pratt, who pounced and slapped it off the crossbar and into the ready hands of Jared Finch.
Vettrera continued to play aggressive ball until a turning point somewhere in the vicinity of the thirteenth. Valdevic took one from Pratt and went along the left side, drawing defenders and then slapping one upfield to Anthony Player. Player continued to charge up the field before going across to Ferguson, whose header barely missed the mark. A botched goalkick later and the 5-1 part of Llamanea's 4-5-1 were swarming across in waves.
It was Valdevic, playing far past midfield, who recovered the kick. From there, shoddy defense by the Wild Herd allowed him to go back-and-forth with Player through the defense, but it was Carter who made it back in time to send his shot flying off a shin guard and into the stands.
Cartwright and Alexion then drove through the left, but around minute twenty, Vettrera began to push back, lead by Carter, advancing up the field and peaking in two brilliant plays by Finch to block shots from each Pratt sister in turn.
Things quieted down, with neither midfield really allowing ground and the ball never hitting the final third. Each team got another run out of the first half, but in the end it was nothing that really happened, a nil-nil standfast after forty-five plus two.
And then came the second half. It began as the first half had ended. Boring, midfield-centric play, with a slight edge to the Royals and their bigger, better halfbacks.
They broke through in the sixty-eighth, Valdevic running up and passing to Player, who continued up the left side and slammed one off the eighteen-yard over the hands of DeMare and into the goal.
- Code: Select all
Player 68' (Valdevic assist)
From there on, it was the Royals keeping it on their offense and passing around, with Vettrera only a handful of times getting it out to their offense. Finch was on all night as the Royals continued their winning streak with a one-zip victory.

Ryan DiAngelo woke up in his apartment with no idea of how he got there or of his previous life. After working out that he must have been transported from another dimension in a terrible accident and becoming addicted to green tea, he began to settle down and opened a business selling the most popular items in his home dimension - those weird socks with individual toes. Will his cash reserve, found in his pocket when he woke up, last him long enough for him to find a way home? Or will his lack of talent for math doom him to stay in a foreign world?

On Earth (various timelines of it), he has been known as En-Men Irkalla-ana in his first setting, as well as Uannedugga, Adam Kadmon, Malkuth, Mictlantecuhtli, Ziusudra, Noah, Enoch, Thoth, Iron-Crutch Li, Quetzalcoatl, Erinle and many others. He does not object to being called Adam, for the sake of convenience.
Character Gender: Male
Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): Originally human, though this got messed up somewhat. He’s been through a lot of time traveling and many different worlds and dimensions and such, which has transformed him and made his species largely unrecognizable. He is considered a deity, demigod or prophet in some civilizations throughout the Universe, mostly against his will (though he doesn’t really care, actually).
Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): He is 5’9” tall and weighs 76 kg; he looks about 20 to 25 years old, but his actual age is very difficult to determine. He has traveled through time so widely and randomly that he is technically several times older than the Universe. However, he perceives his age at around 3,000.
As for his appearance, he has a lean and athletic build; caramel skin; loosely curly, matte black hair falling down to his shoulders; and silver-gray rimmed black eyes. His features are hawkish: a long, hooked nose, high cheekbones, long eyebrows, a sharp chin. He wears glasses, mostly for show.
URL to Character Picture, if any: N/A
Primary Skill or Power: His body is frozen in its default state by permanent time-canceling: basically, his body goes back in time one second for every second that passes around it, so he is effectively immortal, all wounds and other alterations being canceled as soon as they appear. This power cannot be messed up by any force other than Greater Beings: it has been acquired through repeated exposure to time travel and dimensional warps, and is dependent upon the structure of the Universe’s general space-time continuum. [I’m assuming there is such a thing. Is that fine?]
As a consequence of that, his veeeerrrryyyyy long life of indescribable chaos has led him to develop de facto superhuman reflexes, martial skills and dexterity through sheer training and experience. A very good cook, able to turn literally anything from rice to truck doors to Azathoth’s pseudopodia into at least acceptable food. He has theoretical knowledge of many forms of magic (and many grimoires), but no magical power, so he can’t use it. He is an extremely skilled doctor and healer in general.
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: His time-canceling doesn’t affect his mind (as per his second ability), so he is sensitive to psychological damage and telepathic attacks. Moreover, while he uses his secondary ability, his time-canceling stops working. Also, this time-canceling process means that acquiring new abilities or powers that include a physical component is impossible: for instance, working out has no effect on his muscle mass. Finally, this ability may be cancelled or go haywire in certain worlds or timelines due to potential differences in the structure of the local space-time continuum, which is, obviously, dangerous.
This power also makes him a singularity of sorts in the Universal space-time continuum: his very presence in any world makes pan-dimensional events more likely to happen in said world.
Secondary Skill or Power: He can feel his position in the Universe’s space-time continuum if he concentrates on it, as well as the position of anything solid that he has been in physical contact with, and navigate his way through said continuum. Basically, he knows his way through the Universe as if he had an approximate map of it, though he can’t actually change worlds or timelines and such himself. His mind also stays unchanged throughout any such experience. Finally, he can locate points of passage through the space-time continuum such as wormholes or magical portals, and has acquired over time some skill at using them, despite his lack of magical power.
Power Weaknesses/Flaws: It negates his time-canceling while it’s in use. It also requires great concentration, like zazen meditation, which makes him drop his guard while he’s doing it.
Character Background/Biography: Adam was born in Shuruppak, Sumer, in the 32nd century BC. He was originally a Sumerian nobleman; his first name became En-Men Irkalla-ana (which [probably] means “ruler of the underworld” [or something close enough]) after practically every one of his subjects died in a plague. He survived solely because he was warring far away. Following this, he was haunted by survivor guilt, and he funded and personally pursued research in the field of medicine for a few years.
Then another catastrophe befell him: Shuruppak was destroyed by a flood. During this cataclysm, Adam came very close to death, and when he came back to consciousness, he found that he had acquired his secondary ability: the power to orientate himself in the Universal space-time continuum.
After the shock of the revelation, he resolved to use this power to save the subjects that he had, in his mind, left to die in the past. He located the nearest time gate – a strange city in the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula – and used it to try and go back in time to warn his subjects of the incoming plague and save them.
Of course, this is where it went wrong. At the time, Adam had no idea how to use a time gate, and he soon lost himself completely in the space-time continuum. Since then, he visited countless worlds and timelines, trying to find his way back to his own, but always failed. At some point, he simply lost his motivation, and made it his objective to simply find a somewhat stable life.
Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: After an unspecifiable time of jumping from world to world or timeline to timeline or both, he wound up in Bielefeld by pure chance, and, recognizing it as a hub of sorts in the Universe, decided to stay there since it seemed convenient.

Adam (born En-Men Irkalla-ana) is an oddity. An ancient nobleman in antediluvian Sumer, he gained the ability to see his way through time and dimensions after a near-death experience; desperate to make good on a perceived past mistake, he then lost himself in the space-time continuum for a logically incoherent amount of time before finally ending up on the relatively stable shores of Bielefeld. Along the way, his body was modified in depth, making him an unchanging immortal.

Anyway, while I'm going to make it crystal clear that I have no power to approve your app, I like it. An interesting consequence is that your character will under normal circumstances (if primary power inactive, nonissue) find it next to impossible to listen to mine- Nick communicates largely via nerve signals. He does have a smidgen of actual telepathy, however, to the point that if they went forehead-to-forehead (amusing position normally; Nick is a cat, rendering this funnier) borderline normal conversation could occur- furthermore, he's literate and while his hand- er, mouth- writing is pretty awful, he can type.
Also- why not just go by Mnar? Oh, and hi. I'm Fvaar.

Many, many things in PL can mess with that power. Minerva operates outside of Time and Space. Our Time Cops can freeze/capture him with Time itself. We have a few gods who, although aren't greater beings, have powers which would completely nullify his ability if not banish it completely.
His reflexes and muscle memory wouldn't be improved. His body never gains agility or mass because he's forever looped to that single second. This also negates his ability to properly taste food or smell odors, because the molecules are purged each second. He also wouldn't be able to experience sexual climax or rely upon endorphins.
*shrugs* I'm just pointing out things Cer, our twisted OP, might pick up on and use to his advantage. He might ask you to use the power scale to get things balanced.
