Like Bran says, if you really want him to meet new people, have him head out and interact with more people than Tipper and the chaos group on a regular basis.... which is like the only people you ever seem to want to interact with anyway....

Well, Aeten, isn't the whole point of PL interaction between genres? You can't simply stick to one group of people like you usually do. My characters interact with nearly everyone. Like the Chaos group (He's friends with Swith and Minerva), and most of the other groups as well. It might not be something your character would do, but when it's limiting your characters, it's not a good thing.

This is a perfect situation for him to be forced into such a situation by external force and thus from that point on, not be OOC for him to walk up and strike up a conversation with said character.

It is, but he needs such the likes of Ogoti, for an example, to order him to aid his compatriots in order for such to happen.

Just the part where he takes off. Don't change the montage. That cracked me up. But have him meet with Volt on the steps... that's what I'd do, since Aeten isn't on.
