Katya closed her eyes and spoke slowly.

"I......I suppose.....it couldn't hurt.........I guess, as long as we don't let anyone find out, then I'm okay with it.........it good that I experiment and find where I stand..."

Dora simply leaned against Katya and let the silence stand so Katya could work things out.

"So.....we're still friends, and we have to keep this a secret....but I-I'll do it. Okay?"

Bones leaned down to Sidney... and grabbed her nose.

"I got your nooooooosssse!"

"And what's it like? What is it like carrying a baby?"

"Well not much different right now, just a bit wierd to know that there's another whole person inside of you." Rylli looked down. "It's a nice feeling though, not physically though, just nice to think. I don't even want to know what the birth will be like, maybe I'll ask Swith some time"

"Thank you, Lucius," Blythe said. She put her sword and whip in the corner, kicked off her boots and flopped onto the bed. "So, what does the spear do, anyway?"

"... You must be a terrible mother if you trust someone like me with your children."

"You must be a terrible person if you trust someone like me to have them!" she laughed. "At least your gas mask seems interesting to them." Sidney stared at the reflection off his lenses.

"That she will be.. And possibly not be scared of uncle Bones."

"The spear? Well it only shows and unlocks where the Ark of the Covenant is."

Bones leaned down to Sidney... and grabbed her nose.

She hiccuped and held out her arms to be held.

Torii gently felt around d her belly, smiling. She yawned and rubbed her eyes.

"I'm gettin' tired...."

Katya leaned in and hugged Dora before leaving the room.

Dora trailed after her, admiring the view a bit, before opening the door to let Katya out.

Chrys was about to unlock the door from the other side, but stopped. "Oh! Later, Katya!" She stepped aside to let her pass.

He picks her up... and holds her so she's facing away from him, as he doesn't want the inevitable baby vomit to stain his coat.

She found Bran asleep in their bed, his wife quietly climbed into the bed with him and drifted off to sleep curled around him liike so many nights before.

Sidney would hear nothing from his mind, except the cold darkness of a twisted mind like his, with phantoms and horrors beyond imagination that would make a child cry if they could fathom the terrible things that lurked within his head.

Sidney screwed up her face, reached up and offered Bones a fireball. She made a sound that distinctly sounded like "CHAOS!"

"Sunday it is," Swith nodded. She raised an eyebrow at Thriller and grinned.

The two Conservatores began peeling off their clothes in preparation for going to the larger communal shower with multiple showerheads that Dora had put in while fixing her apartment up. As they did so, Chrys' hands began moving about in a blur of signals, first pointing out the door, then to Dora, before miming removing a helmet, and then sweeping her fingertips toward herself before turning her palm up.

Dora merely shrugged, tapping her temple, jaw, and the corner of her eye.

"But I want to know!" complained Chrys. Dora shrugged again and said nothing with a slightly mocking grin.

Sidney screwed up her face, reached up and offered Bones a fireball. She made a sound that distinctly sounded like "CHAOS!"

"Sunday it is," Swith nodded. She raised an eyebrow at Thriller and grinned.

Bones shrugged, tossed Sidney in the air, then caught her with a catcher's mitt.

Bones shrugged, tossed Sidney in the air, then caught her with a catcher's mitt.

"If she does an uncontrolled portal because you scared her, you can go find her," Swith snorted.

Sidney, no worse for wear, drooled and stared at the reflection in his gas mask again.
