Personification Life - Part Deux

[Dabfia]

Tony raised his weapon. He could hear the soldiers and swat teams cocking their assault rifles. Then Tony pulls out a SAW (machine gun) and aims it at the soldiers and swat along with his assault rifle. "Looks like we got ourselves a standoff here." He said. Then all hell broke loose. One soldier yelled fire and all started shooting Tony opened fire mowing the enemy down. His vest and arms were hit several times with bullets he ignored it and kept shooting.

Half an hour of shooting later. Both sides run out of ammo.
"Dammit" He said. He took out a NOVA 6 grenade. "Burn in hell" Tony said throwing the grenade. Swat soldiers, Soldiers, and nearby civilians all began coughing when the breathed in the green gas. Tony walked through unaffected due to his gas mask.
The smoke disappeared after 10-20 minutes. Tony looked at the bodies. Approximately 100-160 bodies were laying there, the majority came from people who were trying to help and paramedics. For 6 blocks around him the streets were bare. people wanted to stay away.

Meanwhile
Dab-2 walks out of his room. "Now to go see if D4 is dead." He said walking up to the roof.

"I think she'll be fine, but thank you." Reassured rylli as she knelt down near Naomi. "How'd you know that's Bran's favorite song?" She asked.

"It's the melody behind the ritual," Naomi shrugged. "If she comes over here, I can mend her arm."

Naomi smiled at Gretta and added, "Sure, there's still stuff in my closet. Help yourself to anything you'd like. I don't know if my shoes will fit you, but my other stuff should. If you don't mind pastels. I've got some extra coats in there, too."

"A tee-shirt, jeans, and a labcoat will do nicely." Gretta said.

"You know.... Never mind." *Lucius walked to the kitchen. Superbia got up from the ground while rubbing his face* "We've done goofed."

"Indeed," admitted Asmodeus.

"Yeah, you guys really screwed up big time," sighed Belphegor, sympathetically.

"Anyway, i'm hungry... Off to raid the fridge!" *Superbia got on all four and scurried off to the fridge.*

"Oh, she'll fit right in around here," Naomi laughed and accepted the box back from Rylli. "Do you want one? And where did you find her? Where are her parents?"

"Rachelle, could you go down to the Fallout shelter? Wait in the room you woke up in, I'll be down in a little bit."

Rachelle nodded and skipped off.

"Where to begin . . ."

Long story short, Rachelle was the only other survivor to escape with me. Her parents are dead, her father died right in front of me; ripped in half by a raging Dani."

"Thanks Naomi." Gretta went to the bomb shelter first and snagged a labcoat. She passed Fortu who was reattaching his hand. "Hey Gretta. Did Naomi tell you my trouble with the mob?" Fortu asked. "What? You owe the humans something?" Gretta said with anger in her voice. "I'll tell you later. But Naomi wanted you to do a DNA test on a little girl we found. She's in here..." Fortu said and opened the door to Bran's room.

"Lots, my friend lots. For starters, the progress on Asgard, a mission that I sent Khrolodna and Aleki on to clear out anarchists. Another thing is all of the natural disasters happening on a few planets of mine, and that robotic empire. Also, the blue prints, that I stole from the MiB, I have to send to the engineers of the 4th district, my bacteria cultures and DNA samples that I need to evaluate and run tests on. So much, yet so little time for break."

"I dearly hope she didn't, I think she knew when he didn't get out with us though. And I have no idea what to do with her, her entire family's dead."

Bran looked over at the two comrades.

"Hey, I just got a text from Rylli telling me to not let you lay a finger on her. So yeah, stay out please. Thank you!"

D4 was gone, disappearing without a trace.

The fiery wreck of the assault Carrier glowed brightly, explosions glittering and peppering the surrounding regions with massive debris, while on the ground, biomass had already begun to spread, spores released into the dry air, smoke clouds growing thickly above the crashed ruin.

Creatures had by now spread a distance, aimlessly roaming, searching for life, in the wake of catastrophe.

"Come on, we won't bite...Right Gretta?" Fortu said. "Ummm...Riiiiight." Gretta said. "Just a small DNA sample is needed for the tet that Naomi wants." Fortu said.
