A loud humming ensued, followed by both boats being suddenly lifted out of the sea of slime by a large, steel pedestal that arose from underneath them. It climbed higher and higher from the sea until it reached a small building that had been built on supports overlooking the suffering. A bridge then self-produced from said building, making a safe connection from the boat elevator to it.

"Let's have a little talk with you trespassers..." hissed Beelzebub. He did not look happy.

"I've got this, guuuys..." whispered Asmodeus to Bran, before merrily skipping across the bridge.

That sentence was quickly killed by an unrestrained slap from Beelzebub, causing the sucker to go flying and skidding across the bridge. Not even daring to sigh, the young lust demon merely raised his head, and rubbed the red mark that had been left behind wordlessly.

"Of course, that's the only reason people ever come down here. And you, you were a fool to lead them this far..." he hissed angrily to Asmodeus, before turning his frustration to the team. "You. You. I know what you have come for, and the simplest way to put it is that you will not claim it. Not while he still requires it. This quest will only lead to your deaths, or worse. I'd suggest you leave. It is a miracle in it of itself that you have even been offered mercy at this point..."

"Hmf, they're a stubborn bunch," threw in Asmodeus. "Good luck threatening them."

"Shut-up! This is your mess in the first place! I should feed you to my worms!"

"So pissy today."

A darling and mysterious smile played on his lips, making him almost comfortable to be around, despite being a demon. "Would you like me to bring you a drink?"

"Or else what?" Nevvie said mockingly. "Quit making things worse Nevvie." Bran scolded her.

Monfrox's user had stopped her whirlwind and panted heavily. "I....think....I.......got.....them...." She huffed.

Suddenly, Asmodeus reached out and took User's hand and slightly bowed like a gentleman. "You look tired dear. Come inside, there's is plenty of comfortable places to lie down." A darling and mysterious smile played on his lips, making him almost comfortable to be around, despite being a demon. "Would you like me to bring you a drink?"

"Water would be fine." She said, not particularly trusting the demon and holding her suspicions, but she had practically dehydrated herself.

Mon's user followed behind Lust. She took off her helmet and tried to catch her breath before spitting onto the ground behind her. "Ugh. Man, I'm parched." She said. Sweat had formed on her forehead, and she'd wipe it off, if she didn't have armor plating on her forearms.

"Now," he addressed Nevvie. "Let's start simple. Just what exactly did this crazy notion of going up against our boss come from? She is his daughter. Last I checked, parents had a right to discipline their children."

"Or else? This is Hell, this place is the definition of or else..." he glared. "Do you want to know the fate of your precious Monfrox, or not...?"

Monfrox's user yawned. Then, she perked up a bit and narrowed her eyes at Lust. "You didn't dare put anything in that water.......did you?" She inquired.

"Uhm....okay then I see where you went with that." Monfrox's user said. She couldn't place it, but there was something odd about the demon. He seemed like a gentleman, but at the same time she couldn't help but be suspicious of him. She hid the suspicions for now though, as not to be rude to the hosts. She looked down at the empty glass and traced her gloved finger around the rim.

"I may be batshit insane, but I know everything, except bovine dentistry." Nevvie said trying to keep the evil cat in her pocket (which is bigger on the inside).

Swith, unlike her user, was very glad that she didn't have to wake up at 0300. She rolled over in her comfy borrowed bed, pulling her favorite blanket tight around her, and fell back into a blissful sleep. She only hoped Bones & Co knew how to cook breakfast.

Bran looked around the spacious room, it almost reminded him of home back at the Fallout Shelter. "Nice place you got here."

"I may be batshit insane, but I know everything, except bovine dentistry." Nevvie said trying to keep the evil cat in her pocket (which is bigger on the inside).

"You know? I thought you knew everything . . . I guess, does anyone even know Bovine Dentistry?"

"Well, you kids seem nice enough. I guess I could let you pass," said Beelzebub. "Oh, but you, Dinosaur and giant robot guy... you seem techie. Don't let Belphegor see that. I assume Asmodeus has warned you?"

"I have," answered Asmodeus whimsically. "Then there's the boss-man himself, he is a whole other story. Are you sure getting your friend back is this important?"

"Sorry, but we are required to at least make some effort to stop you," added Beelzebub.

"So we'll start the old fashioned way!"

"Bargaining."

"Isn't there anything you've always desired in your life?"

"Because we have just about everything in stock!"
