For a nation that's still relatively new, you're nation is so cool already. Factbooks are a bit bare, but they are pretty, and as your time on NationStates grows, so will your factbooks! The idea of your nation is awesome, not because it's something I haven't seen before (the mystical otherworldly warrior queen is pretty common here) but because it's presented in a new way, and obviously something you as a player find interesting. That's what's most important. Because over time, your nation will start to find its own path and diverge from whatever tropes it's tangled in because all nations here are birthed from a mishmash of ideas and existing cliches. The Astellian Kingdom will definitely add to this site. I can't wait to see how! Keep up the good work!

Some self improvement goes a long way. It's nice to see that you aren't filled with blind hatred. Hopefully you can reach the end and finally forgive yourself and not be filled with self-loathing.

Honestly, this might sound a bit generic, but I feel like the idea of "sapient dolls" is an unexplored idea on NS. I mean, when you think of non-human NS races, you almost immediately think of either furries, aliens that look human (Hell, I'm guilty of that), or fantasy races like elves. While I wouldn't say it is totally Starfish Aliens, I can still appreciate someone taking the time to explore more unique race ideas. Also, the idea of the "Rosa Mystica" is interesting, although I feel like I have heard of the concept before in other media.

Like, I know what you're talking about just from the headline and image alone rather than just being left in a bit of confusion before reading the entire thing. Hey Azur, how are you?

From taking a quick peek into your nations (Astellia, AZ, and Mondlich to mention some), your factbooks, despite them being short, are extremely well done. Formatting is simple yet effective on what it does, the imagery you have picked for every single one of your nations adds to the atmosphere, tone, and story of your respective nations in a swift, detailed, and in the case of Astellia, somewhat unsettling manner. The entire concept of a sentient doll kingdom is extremely unique on this site, and unintentional or not you've managed to make it via imagery uncanny to an extent. That isn't a bad thing in the slightest, and hell, I'd say that's quite realistic and well done on your part.

Generally speaking, the uncanny valley has three main divisions: Clearly falsified (take the robots you'd see in Star Wars, for example), almost human to an uncanny degree (advanced androids, sex dolls, and in this case the typical dolls you'd see in your grandmother's room, antique shops, or any department store), and the middle. Astellian's from what I understand lie in the "God why does it look so fucking human?" area, and I think the images that you picked reflect that, again, unintentional or not, in a extremely effective manner.

My man, all your nations have extremely unique concepts that I don't think were even an ideation in the back of one's brain, and you've managed to make them so fucking wonderful. The vampire PMC, Reaper Squadron, and the Sustaining Mother are all concepts I have never seen on this site at all. You draw a lot of inspiration from the games and media you read, play, or listen to, and you make them into such effective nations that are joys to read. Not only that, but you've been a great person OOCly, and I confide in you as a close friend of mine. You and I share some parallels between stuff that we have had to deal with, and I feel much more comfortable talking to you because of that. I can tell at times that you wish you could do more, but just listening is enough, man. That's all I need.

Alright, so for Wejas, well, no sé. Your map making skills and your appreciation of cartography as a whole is admirable, I actually enjoyed you tearing my maps apart, and the Holy Federation, Wejas itself, the Alliance, and that new Jewish nation you've made have been done pretty well. You put a lot of detail into those nations respectively, even into say the stuff most users on this site overlook, like the organization of emergency services, all the way down to the colors of each car symbolizing whichever service. I particularly enjoy the Alliance and the Holy Federation, mainly due to the Alliance having what amounts to a super UN having Charliesheened itself into insanity, and the whole concept of the Holy Federation. A Christian theocracy in space? I may be an agnostic and pretty anti-clerical, but sign me the fuck up.

I would say all the nations I've seen that belong to you here are not only the most recognizable on this site, they have managed to set somewhat of a precedent as to what to do if you want to make a good, detailed nation. So I'd say well done. And you OOCly? Your pretty laid back, certainly a reliever.

Hey there, my man! So ahh, first and foremost on the OOCly bits. I know this is going to sound a bit sarcastic and snarky, but I mean this genuinely when I say that thank you for reaching out to me on a consistent basis and for starting up a conversation, or sharing your feelings. I know I can be a bit difficult to reply back to, especially because goodness knows I tend to delay a lot with my replies especially on TG, so yeah, thanks again! I really didn't mind hearing you out, just more of my bad habit of late replies.

With that said and done, once again, I really love your maps. I have complimented this before, but to be more specific, I love how big they are, as well as how well-done and antialiased they are. Jagged edges and especially maps are difficult for me to see and tolerate, ahaha. So keep it up, man!

And of course, the stories! I love the character driven stories! There is nothing wrong with a nation-specific one but I do like that we got a third person perspective of the important personnel - the feelings they went through, the motivation, and many more to come. Very chilling piece of work!

Honestly it was a basic and bland concept, just take some cultures I liked and mash them together and dump it in my backyard and throw some shitty ideas at it and hope it sticks.

Pain, Val. Pure hellish agony delivered in only six words. But, low-effort posts aside, I must say that the factbook on your Economy is beyond outstanding. It is amazing that you have the patience to not only create so many companies and describe what they do, but also describe how they do it and even design their logos; not many people on this site would be willing to pull of such an endeavor.

One thing that I have noticed is that there isn't much of multiple companies competing in the same industry, like occurs in IRL economies. I think that adding such would push your econ factbook from 10/10 quality to 11/10 quality.
