New Wolvers' in modern times has has an offensive army, but there is a ridiculous reason behind it.
General Valentin Blaho, born in New Veronika and known for his completely unintelligiblity at speaking english, once said, in the worst english possible, to form an assault troop so to assault Daunland, believing to be on imperialistic desires. What Blaho intended was to keep defending the areas and train with Daunlandic soldiers in case.
So another General, Marek Pilan, had to fix the troubles and General Valentin Blaho was booted out of the national army for incompetence.

And what in "the goddamn" (isn't that phrase usually followed by the word, "Hell" in the current English vernacular? If you're going to insult me, do it properly) I'm getting at is that while your leader might be described as a liberal, I don't think the rest of your nation is. And even if they are liberal on social issues, I don't think they are to the left economically. Now I could be wrong here, but that's only because you don't have anything up about your economy for me to base my judgements on. So if I am, blame yourself.

But, the fact you seem to think that my way of running a nation is completely wrong, in such a strongly-opinionated fashion, makes me think that, economically, at least (because I actually do realize that we are at least somewhat similar on social stances), you are the opposite of me, existing as what, in the US (I don't know where you're from, I just threw this in there for precaution in case you don't know the regional definition of this term), is called a Libertarian, being liberal in social issues, but laissez-faire economically. And in my experience with this game (which I have A LOT more of than you), nations dubbed, "Left-leaning college states" like yours is, are generally run by Libertarians, or something along the same political lines as this.

Meikaii invests nearly a quarter of its annual expenditures on the education system. Part of this goes towards the founding and maintenance of what may be the most extensive library system in NS. The library is as much an institution in a burgeoning town as the post office and they are built to grow with the town; some of our libraries are over ten stories tall. Despite being a nation of almost 30 milion inhabitants and being mostly pacific, the Lobos' army is capable to defeat bigger opponents due to many factors, such as:
1) the 105th Uklon Defense Trooper is composed of werewolves, and most come from a family where they served for the Lobos army in the past. Those privates can be merciless if heavily provoked
2) the 81st Porta Leonardina battalion unit has experimental weapons, built by [REDACTED], and are from the Italian Republic, most of them being with a backgroun in the Italian Army's training
3) 1st Hacker City support unit is composed of AI citizens who can get into more big and dangerous battle frames.

Despite this, the Lobos army hasn't fought a war since its foundation, due to constitutional policies and due to politics that were directed good.
