During World War II, both the Germans and British originally had plans to occupy Blodrike. But that thought was quickly wiped from their minds when they learned how well armed our citizens were (the ratio of privately owned guns to people is something like 3:2). Furthermore, since the Papal States had never had any independence since the 1600s when the Thirty-year war turned its ugly head, the idea of a unified Catholic Church does not exist. This means that every catholic Country actually has its own Catholic Church, and the Pope is just the head of the Church of Italy. Meaning they would only be forced to serve a mandatory 4 years like everyone else and would be free to leave and go to the civilian sector. At the moment, the pro rights side is currently winning lots of support.

While member-states can join, and leave (or be thrown out of) the WA, the WA is supposed to play international 'ref' and principal to the matters between member-states of the WA. For example, if the two sides want to fight a war, they're supposed to admit a casus beli. If that "case of war" is not good enough, and if they start the war without a casus beli, the WA is supposed to aid the defenders and force the attackers into submission. If a non-member attacks the members, though, all member-nations are supposed to side with the member nation, no matter their actual relations. Though, since the majority of the countries in the world are members of the WA, there's not much of a chance of that happening. (Essentially, like the HRE in EU4, but without an Emperor mechanics )

Stealth technology in Germany is applied to fighters and bombers like with any respectable Air Power - that should come as no surprise. However, Germany also has stealth transports! With four thoroughly-silenced engines, huge fuel tanks and a blended wing body configuration, the Junkers Ju-V Albatross is a huge, stealthy transport plane. It can carry hundreds of soldiers and mechanized equipment completely undetected. Due to the high cost per unit, they are only used when it's absolutely necessary to leave the enemy in the dark.

While Folknoren is strictly anti-monarchist, the remnants of the House of Glücksburg (The only royal house remaining of the Scandinavian countries) are leaders of the opposition to the state, though none of them live within it at this point. There's a movement in the neighboring countries to bring the Glücksburgs back to power in Folknoren.
