There’s still discussion to be had here about the points presented regardless if Northumbria has never written anything in his life.

Nice try, but I don't believe that was the purpose behind that post. If you haven't noticed, NN's proposal is essentially just a very short OP. Sure, it doesn't break the rules, but it is understandable why someone would make that mistake.

There isn't much discussion to be had, the "hundreds of millions of people" is an RL reference, and must be dismissed. The rest of this resolution amounts to the following:

"The Security Council,

UNDERSTANDING that serious action against the threat of Communism is required,

Hereby declares Communism a universal menace."

That, as of current, isn't enough substance to make a convincing argument for passing.
If NN can add more substance without RL references, he should.

PS: NN has a history of writing low-quality proposals and drafts related to Communism, of which I'll share some links to his proposals, in order of time.
