Further Applauding Milograd's truly patriotic abolition of the endorsement cap as a tool of its regime so that the oppressed working classes may control the means of influence production;
Noting the fact that Milograd has maintained an enlightened policy of permitting dissenting viewpoints on the Regional Message Board and has only used delegate powers to suppress copy-pasted spam;
Further Applauding Milograd's continued vigilance in keeping foreign interlopers and hidden agents of the old regime from oppressing the minnows of The South Pacific through the use of harmonizing banjections;
