Poor English is not the main focus when their proposal simply doesn't give a good argument on why their nominee is condemnable and is not written well. Are you going to call me rude for saying that their draft currently doesn't make a convincing case about a condemn (which it doesn't)?

Wow, this post is a mess, more than it should be, and I'm not sure what in the end was done, sure it has no meat on the bonefor anyone to bite onto, and I'm not even sure if this person is condemnable. But I feel like there was more bickering than trying to actually work out the condemnation or at least ignore it and move on.

Not everyone is an English Prodigy who has A++ in their class, I'm not sure how to discuss this more carefully without going in anger for the lack of carelessness and total tunnel-vison.

I'd just expect better out of someone who has been around the block. And I know The West Pacific is home to less than favorable people, but there's a point where its just not cool.

But Menta Lee-Il is basically already condemned by SC#305. They haven't done nearly enough heinous things outside of that resolution to warrant the badge. (Especially since you'd actually probably be looking to condemn Lancaster of Wessex to cover the full gamut of what that player has done.)
