We have assigned you the newly-opened Se Building on the Yaowarat Road, and your Ambassador will be escorted by our Ambassadors from Deua Theow Phon International Airport to the building upon landing in Phing Phong. A selection of ambassadorial properties have been shortlisted for the Ambassador to choose from – until then, he and his family have been allocated accomodation within the Embassy. A celebration will be held at the Embassy to commemorate the opening of ties between Phing Phong and Orienus, and all ambassadorial staff are invited.

It is a common practice for people in Phing Phong regardless of religion to venerate their ancestors. Virtually all temples will have some sort of shrine to ancestral spirits, and most would be happy to host the Ambassador's ancestral plaque if that is what is required. People in the City-State are aware of customs surrounding sacred or spiritual items and will not interfere with the plaque in any way. The Ambassador is more than welcome to visit Buddhist temples in general or Cao Đài temples, which are ubiquitous in the city, if he so wishes. A reasonable command of English and Chinese is more than sufficient for interacting with the vast majority of the city's inhabitants.

Tuktuks are the most common form of transport in Phing Phong after motorcies, and are therefore an appropriate Ambassadorial vehicle. The crime rate is low, and Phing Phong has few enemies, so attacks on the vehicle are highly unlikely.

As for your request for us to waive the diplomatic immunity of your Ambassadors, we are legally prevented from doing so. However, were one of your Ambassadors to commit a crime, we would contact your Government and ask them to cancel the diplomatic immunity as is standard procedure, and take it as a given that your Government would agree. Additionally, we do not have any laws that prevent private religious practice, only forceful or socially disruptive proselytising.

Regrettably, we are not aware of any other practicioners of Mea Muinolas in the city. The Ambassador is more than welcome to visit Buddhist temples of other sects or Cao Đài temples, which are ubiquitous in the city, if he so wishes. A reasonable command of English, Tiếng Ngư and Mandarin is more than sufficient for interacting with the vast majority of the city's inhabitants.

Possession of hallucinogenic drugs imported from Sidh Ohn is acceptable as long as they are kept and used within the Embassy. As the Ambassadors are carnivorous, we are prepared to allow red meat to be transported from the airport to the Embassy by chartered van. We request that the diplomats themselves organise the transport of meat from wherever it is sourced to Deua Theow Phon International. As per your request, you have been assigned the newly-opened Jyu Building on Yaowarat Road, and your Ambassador will be escorted by our Ambassadors from Deua Theow Phon International Airport to the building upon landing in Phing Phong. A reasonable command of English and Mandarin is more than sufficient for interacting with the vast majority of the city's inhabitants.

Your request to bring medication for the Ambassador has been unreservedly accepted. Your request to bring modified firearms as security protection has been conditionally accepted, provided we are allowed to inspect them upon the Ambassadors' arrival, before their issuance to the guards. As for the meat, we are willing to temporarily allow the delivery of meat for the first two months of the Embassy. However, after this we expect the Ambassadorial staff to have acclimatised to our cuisine, and any subsequent meat must be brought in by the Ambassadorial staff themselves within diplomats' immune baggage.

The nearest maternity hospital to the Jyu Building is the North Pudong General Hospital's maternity ward. A normal journey takes between five and fifteen minutes by car, while an emergency helicopter ambulance journey takes around five minutes.

The second detail of your application we take issue with is the request to bring five pistol firearms in to the City-State. We can offer a variety of alternatives, such as tranquiliser weapons, tasers and close combat weapons, but cannot accept live firearms. Bringing a pet Burmese python in to the Embassy is acceptable, and will be registered there for legal purposes.

Regarding the Ambassador's stated desire to marry locally, the only barrier to such an instance would potentially be religion, as the majority of people seek a Buddhist wedding and many citizens make it a prerequisite of marriage. Race is not an issue regarding dating or marriage. Culturally, we are conservative regarding sexual expression in public places, and as such making advances towards people outside a bar setting will almost certainly result in a stern look. However, we are sure that there are many women who would be willing to engage in courtship with the Ambassador and wish him success in finding a partner.

Despite our existence as a city-state, we maintain a very large National Park in the centre of the island of Keah. The nearest entrance to the Yaowarat Road is around 50km away by road, and can therefore be accessed in reasonable time by helicopter or interdistrict monorail. There are also three parks within the Yaowarat District itself. Fenrir wolves shall not pose a problem. We shall be sure to apply for an Embassy in Veceria in the near future.

We have found that Our embassy simply "disappeared" from Your register of Foreign Embassies in Phing Phong and that Our property has been granted to another Nation.The Foreign Affairs Ministry of the City-State of Phing Phong didn't even contact Our Ambassador or Gonbuian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding that issue. We ask You kindly to officially return property possession as it was in the beginning of establishment of diplomatic relations between Our countries.
