Following parsing to the General Assembly of the F.C.S. C.A. of all available information pertaining to Wuchu by the F.C.S.A. Committee on Metaphysical Philosophy, the Secretariat has reached the following decisions:

The Commonwealth will welcome Secretarial Delegate Nunduiga back to her native land, and to an allotment in Canberra across the road from the Leskyan delegation. This allotment possesses an interior room fitting the requested specifications, and is also merely a short walk or tram-ride away from most parks within Canberra's southern communes. As, by law, all people of aboriginal heritage are recognised inalienably as dual Australic and Indigenous citizens, Nunduiga will be afforded all the rights and privileges of citizenship within both nations. The train from Perth - where international delegations generally first arrive in Australia - to Canberra stops in Adelaide (Tarntanyangga); as such, Nunduiga would surely be welcome to make a stop-over to meet with the present living descendants of the Kaurna peoples and the Tjilbruki Indigenous Heritage Collective, who would no doubt appreciate her input to the ongoing restoration and revival of the Kaurna language and culture.

Assistance in transporting and unpacking any personal items will be readily provided upon request. As a citizen and diplomatic representative, Nunduiga is free to receive postage from Wuchu undisturbed.

The Commonwealth also agrees to a pact of non-aggression and to free trade. Furthermore, recognising the right of the people of Wuchu to self-determination, the Commonwealth pledges to support Wuchu's defence, should such circumstances arise.

The F.C.S. C.A. and F.C.S.A. have agreed to allow a representative to conduct reciprocal consulic representation in Wuchu, nomination pending.

The Secretariat welcomes the reciprocation of the Commonwealth's overtures of amicable cooperation from our Somienic comrades and has thusly made the following rulings regarding said application:

Firstly, the requisition of a consulic allotment on the corner of Marx and Engels Avenues has been approved in full. Atypically for the welcoming of a delegation, Cmr Ambassadeur Léon Boissonade and his adjunctary staff should expect to arrive first in Auckland, before travelling on an aeroplane to Canberra via our national flag carrier, A.N.C.A.S. Likewise, all Consuls arriving in Australia will first arrive in Auckland before travelling to their respective consulates. The F.C.S. C.A. would appreciate the names of all Consuls in addition to that of Cmr Ambassadeur Léon Boissonade.

The Secretariat, secondly, approves the importation of the declared weapons and vehicles for consulic use. Do note that all vehicle infrastructure within Australia is designed for electric vehicles; should either be necessary, the F.C.S.I. can set up alternative refueling methods within the consulic allotment or modify any vehicles to be compatible with our infrastructure.

The Secretariat has reviewed the application for consulic relations submitted by the Federation of Wrengoh and has concluded as follows:

The requisition of a consulic allotment in Melbourne has been approved. Legate Georai Retruc and their adjunctary staff should expect to arrive first in Perth, as per standard protocol, and then travel to Melbourne via the A.I.R. network, whereupon an official welcoming delegation of state and federal dignitaries shall commence orientation.

The Secretariat welcomes the application for consulic relations submitted by Sybira and, with apology for the delay in processing brought about by the recent reorganisation, has produced the following resolutions:

Ambassador Piotr Rychlik, Consul Jolanta Kordus, and their adjunctary staff should expect to arrive in Australia in Auckland - from whence Consul Korduds can settle in and Ambassador Rychlik can travel onwards to Canberra.
