We would like to inform the Socialist Republic of Kergstan of changes in our diplomatic mission in the area.

The Embassy of Feyrisshire in Kergstan has been downgraded into a legation. Charge D' Affairs Rika Rurie, who is the Ministress of the Feyrisshire General Diplomatic Mission in Oceania has replaced Ambassadress Flyffe Fey and Charge d'Affaires Ryeisse Fyureichyi as the head of the Feyris legation in Kergstan and any official diplomatic proceedings of Feyrisshire in Kergstan.

To President Okja Nerkutoa, President of Kergstan Dear President Nerkutoa, It is my honour as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republics & Kingdom of Xuande-Xiphoi, in accordance with the Diplomatic Missions Act 2009 and this Government's commitment to expanding Xuande-Xiphoian diplomatic and consular services to a greater number of states, to lodge this application to establish an Embassy of Xuande-Xiphoi in the city of Almatar, Kergstan. Xuande-Xiphoian diplomatic representation to nations like Kergstan, with whom there is not a long history of engagement with the Republics & Kingdom, is based on the need to promote the various services that the Xuande-Xiphoian Government is entrusted to deliver on behalf of our citizens. Our diplomatic officers, like in many of our smaller Embassies, utilise their position to work at-large, engaging with multiple nations from the home base of the Embassy in Almatar. We expect our diplomats will spend considerable time travelling the region and Kergstan proper, benefitting from Kergstan's position as a primary power in it's geographic region. Providing the full range of services under Xuande-Xiphoi's Consular Services Act 2009 is an important role for the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs, and this incudes offering services to nations of citizens to whom we represent a protecting power; these include the Confederacy of the Kenos States as outlined in the Sasega Agreement, and member states of the Kenos Ocean Economic Forum. It also includes facilitating arrangements for the welfare of Xuande-Xiphoian citizens and protected persons, including document services, provision of advice to Xuande-Xiphoian citizens engaging with police and justice systems overseas, and assisting citizens in situations such as medical or natural emergencies. While Xuande-Xiphoi maintains an Open Border policy, greatly reducing our immigration support requirements, our Embassy can still make recommendations regarding access to Xuande-Xiphoi for excluded individuals where applied for. Every Xuande-Xiphoian Embassy and diplomatic missions offers in-person voting services in every Xuande-Xiphoian and Kenos States election. We proudly engage with the local community, in any location where we are, to welcome them into our diplomatic posts to observe our democratic processes. We intend to do the same at our Embassy in Almatar. We greatly look forwards to opening a new presence in Almatar, and continuing to develop relations between Xuande-Xiphoi, Kergstan, and the greater region. - Number and Type of Weapons: Facilitating our commitment to diplomatic security, each National Police officer may carry a 9mm sidearm during periods of heightened alert. Additionally the Embassy intends to utilise passive security measures; additionally requested is licence for a total of 18 submachine gun-type weapons, to be kept in an armoury for use during emergency situations within Embassy grounds only.
- Number and Type of Vehicles: Due to security concerns, a number of vehicles may be imported direct from Xuande-Xiphoi built to meet design standards for Kergstan.

The Embassy's motor pool would consist of:
18x general purpose passenger vehicles, 16x Hyundai Ioniq 5 hybrids, and 2x MAN TGE combi-vans.
3x technical support vehicles, being 3x MAN TGE panel vans.

The Ambassador's official vehicle is a Kia Carnival.
