1. PREAMBLE
a)When in the trials and justices of equality, it becomes the duty of governance to amend its legal statue as acceded by the original Vermont Constitutional Advisory of 1791.
b)Governance, in the observance of these goals, shall institute acts to further the advancement of equality as approved by the Vermont General Assembly and signed by the President in compliance with Article 2 of the Vermont Constitution.
2.AMENDMENTS TO NATIONAL LAW
a) No national law, nor internal law of governance, shall not incommensurate the rights of the citizens nor the residents, nor the legal admitees of Vermont based on the basis of age.
b) The national government shall not make any restriction on the advancement of consensual careers of the youth, nor of anyone based upon age.
c) The national government shall amend its rehabilitative and adoptive systems to the needs of the consent of the youth, rather than the basis of supervision.
3.AMENDMENTS TO RIGHTS
a) Youth shall from the passage of this act, not be barred admittance into a public facility on the basis of age, nor shall they be required of supervision.
b) Youth shall from the passage of this act, receive equal rights to self-defense as granted to adults.
c) Youth shall from the passage of this act, not be imposed with government curfews.
d) Youth shall from the passage of this act, receive the full protected independence in healthcare,rehabilitation,residency,property ownership and all independent choices and rights upon their consent.
e) Youth shall from the passage of this act, receive full civil liberties and rights as granted and insured by the Vermont Constitution's Declaration of Rights.
4.AMENDMENTS TO DEPARTMENT LAWS
(Justification Clause) When in the passage of an act, Article 2 permits the amendment of all department laws.
a) No department law, nor internal department law of governance, shall not incommensurate the rights of the citizens nor the residents, nor the legal admitees of Vermont based on the basis of age.
b) No department government shall make any restriction on the advancement of consensual careers of the youth, nor of anyone based upon age.
c) Department government shall amend its rehabilitative and adoptive systems to the needs of the consent of the youth, rather than the basis of supervision.
d) Department government shall hear cases of the violations of the amended rights of youth under legal cases in the respecting courts.
5. ALLEVIATION STATEMENTS
a) Any person wanted for violations of supervision laws, overextending rights now granted by this act, or any law now amended by this act, shall have their crimes null in the court and practice of law.
b) Charges against businesses and institutions shall be levied if they correct abuses in 30 days after the passage of this act.
6. SIGNATURES
(Authority Clause) As granted by Article 2 of the Vermont Constitution, An Act shall be signed by the Majority Leader of the Vermont General Assembly,whom is granted authority by Article 1 and the President of Vermont.
