30mm all round expect the front vertical plate which is 60mm.

Seats 20 passengers. 5 sitting in each sponson and the other two rows of 5 being down in the usual hull part. It could hold like another 10 guys in a pinch if they were standing along the centre of the passenger compartment.

Driver is front and centre-ish with the commander being next to him in the sponson.

2.54m to the hull roof, 3.78m wide, and 8.35m long from the nose to the sponson boxes.

I feel bad for those poor infantry. Also side note, I was playing Men of War AS 2 red rising and the Germans had a marder with a box atgm. As far as I could tell there is no such version like that IRL

I don't know if poorly designed is entirely correct. It's at least laid out sensibly enough and isn't overloaded with armour and guns.

there was no Marder in german service that had a box atgm launcher, perhaps one of the trillion and a half unbuilt variants.

im not sure if this means specific tiltrotor infantry battalions or if it means weapons carriers sans LOSAT/EFOGM/105mm are going to be volkwagens

The CG on the fattened V-22 looks to be aft of the propeller's lift axis when they're rotated upwards which would cause problems when the thing tries to take off or land vertically as the whole thing would rotate backwards about the pitch axis. To fix that you would need to move the wings aft a bit so they're at the rough center of the fuselage like on the V-22.
