Due to a tie, there will be a second round of elections for the post of Minister of Recruitment. Candidates are found on the WFE, but you may vote for any Atlasian member.

I, of course, abstain.I'd also like to post my speech for MoR:

Hello my fellow Atlasians. As you know I am running foe the post of Minister of Recruitment.
Why vote Mercanda?
- I served as MoR before, back in June. I oversaw our regional population almost break the 70 nation barrier, setting a record population for the year of 2016.
- I have shown efficient work. I saw a rapid rise of population growth in my term, growing from the mid-50s to 69 when I left office a month later. As a two-term Executive President, July and August, I oversaw the introduction of the new Constitution, the establishment of a Atlasian Penal Code and other things. This shows how efficient and dedicated I am to my work siteside, even with time constraints IRL.
- I am an Excellent Horse-like Lady, agile and graceful, whose wistful ways and beautiful looks will help many Amin-lovers flock to Atlas.
- You can trust me. As a two-term EP and also former MoR, I believe I can further Atlas' growth, and make us more appealable to seasoned role-players, as I did before I left office.

I, also, will obviously be abstaining, and explaining my platform for MoR.

As MoR, I actively look for new recruits on the forums, rather than engaging in poaching of nations from other regions, which destroys our regional relations.
I have served as MoR before (if you didn't notice), and I have seen Atlas' population between several bad times. I oversaw our regional population reach the highest level since I joined Atlas (I believe 88 nations).
However, it is not all about quantity. I will recruit only the best for Atlas, and I have extremely strict rp standards for acceptance.
Your security is safe within my hands. If you seem suspect, you're not getting into Atlas...sorry!
Actively making new rpers. I always offer to teach declined applicants in order to improve their ability to rp.
I'm active. Though I don't post on the rmb as much, if their's a day I'm not on ns, my computer has broke or I have told Atlas before I take a break.
I am British. That still counts for something, right?
