I would like a national seal that has:
1. My nation's motto "Industry,Innovation,Ingenuity"
2.Says "United Democratic Severrakian States"
3.Includes the colours of my flag.
4.Has some sort of eagle,hawk,phoenix,or other similar bird of prey.
5.Shows how badass we are. >:)
Other than that, just add what you want. I want it to look nice and clean.

Take this image and replace the M/M with QRM. Flip the star upside down and paint it red and gold like the colors on my flag. Red inside, gold outside. Can you circle the scorpion with stars like the QRM seal and color in the scorpion a dark grey, the arrow heads a steel grey, the shaft of the arrows a dark brown, and the feathers red and yellow. I would also like the blade to be a black steel color with the hilt a military OD green.

Thanks, i'll need coats of arms.
For the Saigonian National Army I want it shaped like a shield and a green border with a white and yellow striped background with a red fox standing on a waved banner that says "Saigonian National Army"
For the Saigonian Air Force I want the border shaped like a rectangle with a white border and a light blue background with three fighter jets, the middle in the foreground while the other two are in the background. Saigonian is labeled on top and Air Force labeled on the bottom.
I want a circular shaped border for the navy. I sky with a few white clouds and a darker blue for water on the bottom with a fleet of ships on top of the water. Saigonian Navy runs along with the gold border.

If I may critique the last two, I would like the jets in the Air force seal to be F-16 Falcons and the ships on the Navy Seal to be a fleet of more modern ships.

* the seals should look like us seal and france seals
* the flag should be with white , red , little bit of black and french blue with secular symbol in the center of the flag

I was wondering if you can make a flag for me - Since my nation is one that is about pure profit, war, and science, I was wondering if there could be a design where there is perhaps some symbols that can represent those, perhaps red circles, engraved on an orange shield in a black background? I don't mind how you make it, so please feel free to make some different elaborations on it. Thanks!

Can to take this make the colors Red, Black and blue. The same in my flag?
Replace the Liberte etc. etc. with Semper fidelis, semper vera, semper Fortis but with the dots between the words.
and can to take the eagle out of my seal and replace the face with it? You can make it just an outline or full color, its up to you.

replace the "Republic France" with "The Holy Empire of Port Charlotte"
