His Highness is only young so we expect many more achievements to come but already Jason Brooke (to use his short name) has achieved a PhD in International Relations from Trinity College and managed to look incredibly hot for all of us, blessing us with his appearance.

Although the eyepatch may put some piratephobes off our female, and some male, judges found Hectarion devastatingly sexy and mysteriously inviting. Although conquering may not be our thing we can't deny it's an achievement.

Yes we know he isn't a Royal anymore but hotness factor trumps authenticity factor any day. Sexy and intelligent the pretender opened a museum in 2006 and is rather liberal with his conduct-which means a big thumbs up from us.

6.) Emperor Napoleon I
Nation-The Valyrian Empire

Although we Afalians adore our own monarchy, (who do not take part in this competition because if they did they'd thrash all the competition and reign triumphantly above all others of legal reasons), we also adore our closest neighbours Imperials. And the figurehead of them is all the sexy and powerful Napoleon I. He's had a tough life, losing many friends in the civil war, but in the end he came out on top and ended the violence which is a big win from where we're standing.

Ending civil wars seems to be a common trait amongst gorgeous Royals as number five also takes the achievement of ending a bitter war between Royalists and Republicans, not through violence, but truces and treaties. To add to this he looks like a model so obviously ladies you can draw your own conclusions.

We're not usually fans of stubble but the Crown Prince pulls it off wonderfully, only adding to his intense mouthwatering hotness factor. What's more, repairing relations with another country is not only an achievement it's a necessity.
