Having never fought a war for territorial, economic, or political gain, we cannot say what we do take. In fact, the Freneq Constitution prohibits deployment of the military for such purposes.

However, Wyatt Dollison Nivens, a professor of constitutional law at the University of Neue Bayreuth Law School, who especially specializes in constitutional foreign policy, has identified one case in which Frenequesta can take spoils: If the defense of Frenequesta requires or strongly favors an invasion of the offending nation's territory for strategic purposes, such as to block access to a crucial substance, we may do so, and as a result any material resources are up for grabs. Following a successful Victory, Ruskarkand would simply withdraw any troops after releasing any captured Prisoners of War back into the defeated nation, that they might yet have some form of Military to defend themselves with from other Nations who may wish to take what we didn't.

In essence, that means we took nothing. It is not our right to take anything from a Nation that fights with a due sense of honour on the battlefield. Through a show of force, we've proven we are mightier. Acknowledgement of that is all we can ask for.

The only exception through which we do claim the spoils from our foes? When they fight in a dishonourable manner, of course. A nation founded and built on such woeful tradition is a nation that does not deserve its land, its resources or anything we deem valuable.
