Also, creating a better bond between the police and the public, so that citizens feel comfortable asking for help or reporting a dangerous situation without fearing the police making it worse, and even creating a system where offenders can ask for help to turn from crime and violence without fear of judgement.
5)Create a Strong (but well-regulated) Economy through tourism and innovations in science, technology, healthcare, and industry.

Whether or not we actually work towards that goal depends on which party is in power, however. The Gandoor Communist Party maintains this goal as part of their party platform but the New Democratic Party is merely a social democratic party and does not want to replace capitalism.
