I usually don't give the review on the contestants given the lack of time, and also to prevent bias, but I will try my best to evaluate both factbooks as balanced as possible. ♥ Sorry I didn't do this for the previous entries.

Zitravgrad's entry is fantastic to me. The content that you can find on Kazimir is astounding, even moreso than most of the world leaders on Wikipedia. Try looking up some of the more... obscure presidents or heck, even some of the more well-known ones. You will be hard-pressed to find information as evaluative and densely-packed as Premier Kazimir. What I really love was not just the history and the political views, but also his personality, going as far as to evaluate his physical and psychological health with a grading like you might find in a medical report. Utmost care was also given to make formatting as neat as possible!

As for Sanghyeok's Oomiya, I love the separate factbook that you have about your character - in terms of what she likes to eat and drink, as well as many other trivia and tidbits. Of course, I have no issue with politics and views of the characters, but often times, the political views is where most factbooks stop without any further info. So it is a welcoming sight to see both these entries sporting a lot of other little interesting tidbits about the characters. I would say that my only gripe is the lack of formatting, so to speak. Everything is aligned to the left, and it certainly could do better with a little bit more float tags, along with other nice bits. Still, it's a good read!

I will personally lean towards Zitravgrad with a 100-95 % preference, but please don't let the host's choice influence your votes. ^^ Both of them are still very good.

With an 14-3, Zitravgrad wins! ♥ Please do pardon me once again. I just finished my project presentation. Might have botched it, but that's besides the point.

Next up, we have:

Kyoki ChudokuKyoki Chudoku Detailed Supreme Overlady of All Reality
Deltia-Imperatrix Alisa I

For the quickie review, I do like Kyoki's factbook a little bit more than Deltia's, by 100-94% relativity. So yes, both of them have a lot of info, and I do learn a lot about both Kyoki and Alisa from reading these two factbooks. The content is very decent, and especially the Quote section of Kyoki. For Deltia, it is also very good, I am not selling it short, I hope. ^^; However, I feel that the jutting BBCode tags are a little jarring to look at, and formatting-wise, I do like Kyoki's consistent purple theme a bit more. Deltia could definitely spice up their factbook, making it better than good!

Again, please do not let my personal preference affects your votes; what you choose is still ultimately up to you for whatever reasons. I should have reviewed and helped constructively criticize and praise the previous matches more, I apologise for that.

With a 7-3, Kyoki wins! ^^

Next up, we have:

The Krirken SwarmWorld Queen Ki'Kik
Kyoki ChudokuKyoki Chudoku Detailed Densetsu

My personal opinion? I love The Krirken Swarm's entry which is simple enough and yet, captivating and has enough of an information and content about the Swarm Queen. Very engaging read. I also do love Kyoki's entry, especially learning about the group of elite tenshi that control their world. The color formatting is an icing on the cake, though unfortunately, the lack of proper alignment is killing me here. Such a shame because I know that this is beyond Kyoki's control and more of BBCode's quirk, but the alignment would certainly be welcome.

I am learning slightly towards Kyoki's, with a 100 vs 98.

Still, good luck, and all the best! ♥

With a 4-3, The Krirken Swarm wins! ^^ Congratulations, and a good effort from both! A bit of a shame on the smaller voting numbers, but still adequate enough of sorts with 7 voters.

Next up, we have possibly the two longest entries:

SanghyeokOn The Chairwoman of the United Socialist Federation, Secretary General of the United Front, and Supreme Leader of the Armed Forces, Oomiya Sakura

Valentine ZExuberant Superintendent T-2000/2904-3 Surveillant Clarissa Alanis Star Breya « La Amoureux Chéri » Millie Taissa Butterfly Mélody Coraline Jolijn Trini Clementine Hollie Samantha Zeta Harumi

Good luck! ♥

As my factbook is inside, no comment on preference.

With an 11-12, I have taken my first victory! ^^ Good effort from Sang too!

Next up, we have:

Zitravgrad / DozdchenyThe Spokesperson of the Kramashka Savet
ElvecticaThe Crown | Adecyn Elviea VII

Good luck! ♥ I will do an evaluation later! ^^

All right, evaluation time!

Dozdcheny brought along its usual Zitravgrad-grade worldbuilding - creative, well-written, and very, very evaluative. You will be very hard-pressed to find something that you want to know about Boris but isn't written in the factbook. The yearly timeline is also an unique feature of the entry, detailing the man's achievements and his life in so much detail. I also really appreciate the formatting, especially the moving eye GIF below the entry.

Elvectica has an amazing banner and I can see them going for the hub-like aesthetics. It really does work amazingly well! I am not really a fan of the bigger font sizes, but I suppose it does enhance the legibility! The header is nice, but unfortunately, the rest of the factbook has a certain something missing. It could definitely use more photos on the floatleft and floatright.

I am leaning towards Elvectica for this one out of personal preference, but Zitravgrad's factbook also comes extremely close to being my choice. ♥

With a 9-4, Zitravgrad wins! Good effort from both players as always. I really do love seeing and reading both! ♥

Next up, we have:

ElflandThe Elfqueens
BloodshadeCountess Ambrosia von Carstein

-----

Evaluation:

I really do dig Elfland's style with going for simple yet effective. There is a decent amount of information, and the formatting is simple and it works. I can see where the things are, which section to jump to, and the like. For what it's worth, it does serve its purpose, and it's great!

For Bloodshade, they really did go with the evaluative and grandiose method, which is also equally as effective, of course. ♥ Rivaling Zitravgrad's factbooks in terms of the amount of information available per character, it's a delight to read all of them, and the pictures are equally as nice. My only pet peeve is how the spoilers are not lined up, but this was not Bloodshade's fault, and the inherent flaw of BBCode and the inability to align the spoilers together with an indent instead of their length, if that makes sense.

I personally am going to choose for Bloodshade, BUT Elfland also has something very nice going for them. The preference is 100-93, with a slightly more preference over Bloodshade, but I really don't want to discourage Elfland and the other voters' either. Again, no host bias, and I really wish both of you the best of luck!

Aye, got my ass on PC and back to NS after venturing to 15 different directions of the internet. Let me do my vague amateur reviews here. :p

Elfland:
> The template is the tested-and-tried wiki template and the table of contents is also a pro of this template. High readability, clean and smooth and interesting/complete content.
> It has little deviation from the way this template is usually used. So while it does not stand out much, there is nothing funny or breaking -- both on PC and mobile. Why am I talking about mobile again? Five people use it, apparently...
> There is no picture present, despite there being descriptions of person(s). This does not take or give any point from my opinion, but still... (Nothing big. I just like pictures lmao.)

Bloodshade:
> The template strikes me as a mixture of wiki template and the user's own. I really like how it turns out although there are a couple of things I am not a fan of: 1) the arrangement of the gallery at the start of the page and 2) the font that is smaller than average. Not that I can suggest how to fix them. Pictures in spoilers are also full-sized, which can be a bit distracting.
> In terms of content, Bloodshade puts much more energy into character-building and their leader is more than a politician in design, which means there are a lot to read and there are pictures to accompany the topics in mention. Still, it doesn't go astray as there is still an appropriate amount of political information on the said character. Something I find rather niche is her relationships with other people mentioned in her own factbook.

In this round, my vote goes to Bloodshade.

Essentially this. While Elflands' is certainly competent and engaging in terms of formatting and content, Bloodshade's just grabs me more in terms of concept. It's that in-depth character-writing that gets my vote.

With a 3-10, Bloodshade takes home the win for this bracket! Good effort and nice factbooks overall, still! ♥

Next up, we have:
Montevento / SouthiaHM Queen-Consort Rosa de Portobello | Kingdom of Southia
Fallen AlbaliCivil Dictator Amaki Astela nar Suurewie

Evaluation:
I really do like what Montevento / Southia has done with the formatting here. It's a pleasure to read through the relatively short but well-informative entry on the Queen, and of course, the icing on the cake is how amazing that banner is. It has a very nice look to it that I can't exactly describe. Feeling of a small garden home, perhaps.

Of course, Fallen Albali also has the timeless and iconic character Amaki in the bracket, and her factbook was definitely no slouch! From her early life, to her military career, to her personality, and to how she sees and rules things (along with a few pictures of her), the factbook is an epitome of informative! Very nicely done, the formatting is pretty good too, though it could use a bit more flair to itself.

It would certainly be lovely if Albali and Monte's factbooks merged together in terms of formatting and content - very nice banners and design, combined with information. Not to say that each of the factbooks are significantly lacking content or design, of course. It's all down to personal preference.

For myself, I will have to go with Albali's - 100-99, so it's a very, very small marginal difference for me because both of them are equally worthy.

Good luck!

After Leaders, is Miscellaneous Category, the last one before I repeat and go back to Overview to eliminate more contestants... until we have a sole winner!

Now that I've gotten the chance to give both factbooks a look, I'll give my opinion. Starting off with the formatting, I'd say that there's no clear, decisive winner in this area although I'll give this aspect to Montevento as there's a personal flair added with the custom artwork that they've designed even though at the end of the day, both use a wiki-style format.

Now as for the characters themselves, I'm going to have to decisively hand this over to Amaki for reasons I'll mention. Looking over Rosa's biography, while I appreciate and admire the concise, well-written nature of the content, I don't think I'm drawn much to Rosa as a character. There's a lot to be desired about her as a character. I understand that as a noblewoman, she'd be living a relatively sheltered and uneventful life. It makes sense but unfortunately, it just doesn't seem to grab my attention but that's just my personal opinion.

Looking at Amaki as a character, her life's full of ups and downs. You get to know what kind of person she is, behind that facade of the tough, no-nonsense dictator. She's a dedicated family woman. Reading about Amaki's adventures makes me feel like I'm accompanying her. It feels less like a formal biography and more like a trip through Amaki's memory lane, witnessing her lowest points in life and how she's tried her best to battle the obstacles that fate has thrown her way. You get to read how her former chirpy personality is broken down by the horrors of war. From what she's experienced in the 'War Against Heaven', Amaki most certainly has 'Survivor's Guilt' and a whole lot of mental baggage. There's just so much to pick out from what's been written. Amaki's character is unravelled for the reader to pick apart and analyze. Amaki's a complex and unique character under the surface. Her factbook does a great job at proving that.

For the reasons above, I'm going to have to give it to Amaki.

Alrighty, am back. ^^ This might be short because my head hurts and I'm so close to committing die (jk).

Southia:
> I give their aesthetics 11/10, ngl. The first impression of this factbook is its appearance which corresponds with it being a profile of a female royalty. The top banner is arguably the most eye-catching part.
> But then again, I cannot say that I stayed for the character -- the whole profile lasts a single scroll on my PC. While I understand that not everyone can write an essay for a character, content is as important in a factbook.

Fallen Albali:
> Again, tested-and-tried wiki platform does wonder, although it is more plain. It is smooth and clean, and nothing is going wrong. It has working navigating function needed for long factbook, but I also recommend adding a link to go back to the table of contents if the user sees fit to do so.
> In terms of the character/leader in presentation, I am heavily more inclined to FA. Not only is the Civil Dictator equipped with sufficient political information, but she also has full description of the person she is.

With a 6-11, Fallen Albali wins! Both are very good Factbooks too, with each of them having their own sets of merits. Every Factbook is made and created unique. <3

And next up, we have:

Valentine Z / Garden at 6th Mile RoadHolly “De Stralend en Wonderbaarlijk Licht Koningin” Starlight
Synne IndustriesMr. Synne (heavy WIP)

No comments other than... I'm gonna get my arse kicked. Haha, all the best to my friend and fellow opponent! ^^

I feel I'm legally obligated to vote for Synne as compensation for all the BBcode I stole from their factbooks lovingly reappropriated.

Other than that, while I love the presentation and the IC details I'm actually of the opinion that Holly's factbook is more detailed in regards to the character themselves. Synne's is nice and glossy and shiny but at the end of the day the actual content feels rather work-in-progress and the formatting only juuuuust pushes it ahead, imo.
