Captcha has two words for its codes. One is a series of random letters, and the other is either a real word, part of a word, or text-based images. For the former, you must type the letters. For the latter, you can type literally anything, and it will be accepted. I posted this post on 4chan, and the following are real screenshots.

Depends on what you're doing. If it's skill-based labor, then that would be an apprenticeship. If you can already do the job on your own with no supervision or guidance, then yes, that would be slave labor.

I did that during the summer as well. I wasn't paid. But I worked with guidance.

Eh, it's work experience. I didn't know it would last for 8 weeks, it seems a bit much, but I need it.
