I actually do have another, significantly smaller, RP I've been writing on the side. Natural disasters are quite an interesting choice of RP material.

There are certainly a lot of different directions you can take the story with such events. Plus, the setting descriptions have so much room for unbridled creativity.

What I would really want to do is incorporate RP the disaster from a 1st POV, using the individual characters and their reactions and proceeding actions following the tragic events. A day-by-day sort of event.

Good to hear you have your dog. I love dogs and respect cats, I mean I prefer dogs, but I have befriended x number of cats. I used to take my next door neighbors 4 cats to my house one at a time. I would pay attention to them and pet them, from time to time, as I posted on NS. I would give them water, go to the store and buy them cat food and tuna. I have done the same for other cats from time to time. I mean give them water, cat food and tuna.

Sent off my first query letter to a literary agency after polishing my manuscript. Also sent off a resume for an office assistant position not too long ago (though applications for it close mid-May, so it'll be a while before I find out if I get the job).
