Even better, let the local gun stores boycott sales to Chicago officers.

Gonna be real funny when they have to go to Indiana to buy a sidearm.

In response to such a frivolous lawsuit, Glock should; immediately suspend all sales of their gear, refuse to service any of their products that was purchased by the city govt, cancel any and all contracts, etc. Basically what Ronnie Barrett did in cali.

Can’t wait for that to fail in court.

I believe the other poster is referring to the suit against Glock and seeing as how PLCAA would be implicated here.
Speaking of PLCAA, apparently a frivolous lawsuit against firearm manufacturers has been kicking around Gary, In since 1999, even after the passage of PLCAA in 2005, activist judges in In, have bent over backwards keeping this zombie suit alive. Well the guvna there signed into law, that only the state gov can bring forth such suits thusly mooting the BS lawsuit. This is why, state preemption laws are a must.
The city of Gary, Indiana's long-running lawsuit against major firearm manufacturers has been shot down by Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb, just a few days after the legislature gave its final stamp of approval to a bill that prohibits any cities or other political subdivisions from suing a firearm or ammunition manufacturer, trade association, seller, or dealer over the design, manufacture, importing or exporting, distribution, advertising, marketing, sale; or criminal, unlawful, or unintentional use of their products.

Under HB 1235, that prohibition retroactively applies to any lawsuit that was filed on or after Aug. 27, 1999, which would include Gary's lawsuit, which has been kicking around the court system for almost 25 years now. With the measure taking effect immediately upon Holcomb's signature, Gary's lawsuit should be mooted, though the city will almost certainly try to have the new law tossed out by the courts.

Besides the wh pushing unconstitutional "red flag" nonsense then lying about the process on it's website, we have new calamity and a new made up political term. "Zombie Gunz"
What is a "zombie gun"? Other than a stupid moniker, it is parts that were sold from a previously destroyed firearm.

Here is the break-down. During those retarded do nothing "buy back" PR stunts, the companies that destroy the guns will do it for free as long as they can strip the firearm and sell off the parts and just destroy what is considered a firearm in accordance to federal law (the frame and or receiver). Now if the window lickers want the whole firearm destroyed then those companies will charge a fee and rightfully so, nothing is free.

Well enter in a dumbfuck, rep. maxwell frost. He's terribly upset over this and has introduced legislation that if signed into law would end this nightmare of "zombie guns"
“The Zombie Gun Loophole is a problematic way that guns can end up in the hands of those responsible for gun violence,” Frost tweeted last week. “We must close this loophole and destroy zombie guns now. Every life lost to gun violence is one too many.”

What exactly is a “zombie gun,” you might ask. Frost has an answer for you.

“A ‘zombie gun’ is exactly what it sounds like—it’s a gun that should not be living, it shouldn’t be able to operate, it shouldn’t be in use and it shouldn’t be able to harm or claim another life—but it does,” Frost said. “Closing the loophole that has allowed gun destruction companies to collect taxpayer dollars for only destroying one part of the gun and not the whole thing is undoubtedly contributing to the gun violence we are seeing in our communities today. I refuse to see another life taken or another family devastated because of gun violence. We need to destroy zombie guns now.”
 What a maroon. And it doesn't help that 22 other dipshits have signed on to this. 23 morons who know nothing about firearms, pushing legislation.

It's not even that. Decades of shit like this make me legitimately question if they all don't suffer from some kind of undiagnosed mental ailment as simply being uneducated on the topic doesn't even begin to explain away the stupid anymore.

Well, the vampire would be anything that involves an HK-slap since that apparently tends to draw blood.

3rd circuit denies en banc hearing request in the Lara v. Pennsylvania which lets the 3 panel decision stand that 18-20yr old have a constitutional right to keep and bear arms and are part of "the people", along with that the court issued that the relevant time period is 1791 and rejected the anti gunners argument that it's late 19th century.

I made a mention of it a couple days ago. 750millon dollars to entice states to pursue unconstitutional red flag laws, the site also lies about the process and makes it seem there are due process protections. The site needs to be taken down, nothing more than using taxpayers money to push unconstitutional laws.
