Bullshit

Reminder that gay marriage has only been an official party platform for about 10 years, well after it had already gained widespread support and had become something easy to embrace without much risk.

If you want to know who really has your back, look for people that put their neck on the line when it was wildly unpopular.

"essential workers" was a bullshit term when it popped up at the beginning of the pandemic in an attempt to fit as many employees under the umbrella of it as possible without considering their health or safety or without increasing their pay and benefits during skyrocketing corporate profits and hazardous working conditions.

"essential workers" is still a bullshit term now that looks like it's still being used to endorse and spout anti-worker bullshit.

The 50 or so governors of the states, did not have to shut down the economy, during the virus crisis, all we had to do is follow the heath guide lines of social distancing, wearing the masks I wear, but hate to wear, using the grease hand sanitizers and watching our hands as much as possible, required by businesses, under President Donald J Trump of the USA, we were all doing this, while working on the vaccine, the only thing we can do, and were doing under President Trump, these are Facts. SL and I agreed that we did not have to shut down the economy.

The Democratic governor of California when he was the mayor of San Francisco and started issuing same sex marriage certificates in 2004 when only 1/3rd of the state supported it and along with Massachusetts kick started same sex marriage as a national issue and eventually leading to its legalization?

Or do we not count that because he's a Democrat and you were trying to make it seem like the parties are monolith and only outside actors did anything for it?

Save your nonsense for somebody who believes it. We didn't shut down the economy. I was working throughout the whole pandemic as were many other countless working class Americans. We spent the pandemic risking our lives and working in hazardous conditions to make the rich wealthier and to help companies see record profits. And didn't get a damn thing for it. Fuck the economy, I would love to see every single working class American go on a general strike and really shut down the economy for real. Because shit doesn't get done when the workers stop working, and it's about time the capitalists get that slap across their face.

Essential workers isn't a bullshit term. Essential workers are devoted people who served our country during its rough times of a pandemic plague. We rarely appreciate those workers; many of them getting paid little for the large, and important jobs they do.

Yes there were always persons working, but many stores, restaurants and hotels closed during the virus crisis, many became unemployed and the leftist politicians, VIPs and Leftist Media blamed Trump, these are facts. The health guidelines were required by businesses, under the government of President Trump, these are Facts.
