Only 1 and 3. If we nuke Iran then we can’t restore the party or seize the means.

And the election commission should ignore the rules to appease you and allow those candidates on the ballot? There was a case in Michigan this year were five contenders were tossed from the Republican ballot because they did not meet the signature requirements. Many of them were fraudulent. Should the election commission allowed them to stay on the ballot or is it ok because they are Republicans?

And the people will have gotten what they deserve. Trump's victory should have been overturned by the electoral college in 2016 and if his base didn't like it tough.
If I was Speaker I'd have shredded torn up ballots on the House Floor.

I bet if they had the number of signatures were the same for Republicans, Democrats and 3rd Party Candidates, you'd see better candidates.

In MI WI and PA the green vote out did the difference between Trump and Hillary. Losing her the election.
And the Libertarian and Constitution Party vote out did the difference by a much larger margin, which meant Trump would've won no matter what. In fact, he also would've won several more states and the popular votes if all the major third parties get counted.

Which would he have won?

They easily would have closed the gap in Georgia. Hell, the Libertarians themselves had more than enough votes that if they somehow voted for Trump (which is ridiculous to think that they would, because they wouldn't), he would have won Georgia by at least 300 votes.

Because it's only a coup when the other side does it. *nods*
