I- I didn't even have an argument. I literally just posted a news article and wrongly assumed the assaulter's race because, full disclosure, I live in a middle-class neighbourhood in Canada and have absolutely zero knowledge about race relations and demographics in the United States. Probably because some of his opinions were based on a false assumption. Obviously something needs to be done to protect Asians, but enough with this narrative that Asians are suffering due to the bigotry of white people and that an army of white rednecks are marching on Asian communities.
