Best case scenario, all these protestors get arrested and the election is either approved or scrutinized for fraud(at least after biden is sworn in). I wouldn't care about the percentage. What you seem to be trying to saying is that it's got a relative homogeneous ethnitic population. For it to be an ethnostate you'd need to limit residence or citizenship to ethnic Norwegians and the laws would have to exclude those viewed as non-Norwegians from positions and rights.

The Norwegian sovereign wealth fund has those funds because of taxes, which has been saved up over decades. In the US, the profits going to the State is much, much smaller, while most of the income goes to private hands. There is no similar fund earmarked for those profits either.

In short, it's not a difference between the incomes which makes the situations different, but one of policy.
