This psycho literally closed my Uber drivers door so I couldn't get tf in??? And I had to tell her to get out of my way and that I wasn't going to forgive her anymore for her to haul her sorry ass inside.

Because the US is a monetary sovereign, the only budget constraints it faces are political, not economic. (At least not in the traditional sense) It physically cannot go bankrupt, as a matter of fact. The moon is more likely to fall on your head.
