Well done, Poland. Eliminating children with Down's syndrome pre-birth as bad as eliminating them post-birth. And we all know of at least one person who was all in on the latter policy.

So you're ok with the rise in unsafe back alley procedures that will result from this ban?

Eastern Europe on a whole seems to be becoming less and less Western by the day. Concerns have also been raised that Poland is trying to become a Singapore-style illiberal democracy. I fully support the demonstrations.

Instead of obeying the law and giving life to their unborn babies, whom they have the right to donate to people who are in a position to raise them, the women would be choosing to use illegal and potentially unsafe procedures, well aware of the potential danger to their lives and the risk of prosecution and punishment.

Funny how that works.
No, you realized that denying the existence of rights when non-leftists complain while claiming that "victim" groups are being unjustly deprived of their rights doesn't make sense and gets your views mocked.

Or…you could have actually looked at my posts and realized that my beliefs have been evolving or something. But that would take effort.

I doubt the Lewica parties are going to get that far anytime soon myself. As it is, PiS still has a majority coalition since United Poland didn't completely back out of it, so it'll be three years before that happens.

Pro-Choice activists are hypocrites, they say that people don't have the right to make medical decisions for others, yet an expecting mother deciding to terminate a child still growing inside her is doing exactly that. I find what these women are doing to be appalling, and they deserve whatever punishment is coming to them.
