I definitely wouldn't support packing the court. It is too much of an extreme measure.

Mitch should stand by the precedent he set previously and allow the election to act as a referendum on the court. Not going to happen, though.

When has that stopped the democrats? Remember that Reid was the one who changed the rules on appointing justices to just a simple majority vote.

Because I had immense disrespect for her when she was alive, I'm not going to start respecting her just because she died. That makes no difference, it still stands that she was a selfish person who should've retired when she had the chance. She knew she was getting up there in age and that her health wasn't the greatest.

I'm certainly not happy she died, but I was angry at her when she was still alive and I'm angrier at her now.
