Hard to tell. My level of inspiration becomes low as a result of feeling depressed, and high at all other times. Presumably when I'm healthy I produce my own inspiration, kind of like the way a healthy squid produces black ink to hide from predators.

The knowledge that someday I'll accomplish something. So in a hundred years people will say things like "Oh yeah, Czardas? Wasn't he the dude who ______?"

And when I headed into IRC for Melkor to give me the key to the secret channel, the look on his face was one I've only usually seen on large gentlemen in dark suits shortly before they gift me with a comfortably-fitting set of concrete shoes.
