You know what garlic good with? Lamb roast. Yum

I must always have roast lamb with mustard and mint =)

Garlic... it's optional for me, though I can see the merits of the seasoning effect

Garlic makes everything taste better. Recooking takeout Chow Mien? Stir fry it with garlic. Pico de Gallo? Sambal? Add garlic. Arrabbiata sauce? It has garlic making it the best Italian sauce.

Agreed, even as a vehicle for sauce and tastier items, it's not appealing to me; when used for burgers and whatnot, it's rendered redundant with onions, which are way better.

Chartreuse is my favorite color.

I love the taste of garlic, and I don't understand how people find the scent unpleasant; no amount of garlic is too much for me.

Coming from someone who loves garlic: the issue is that it can render your breath foul. Even after you brush your teeth.

It’s delicious, but it can give you some wicked bad breath after eating it.

Maybe I just don't smell it on other people's breath or something; perhaps my senses are all FUBAR.
I can cut any kind of onion without tearing up at all, for example, which is great because I love the taste of onions too.

Chartreuse is my favorite color.

Eat enough of it and it comes out of your pores the next day. Thats a good day to go to a meeting.

Brush teeth AND tongue... it will help.

Other aids:
1. In an emergency, chew minty gum. It will mask it temporarily.
2. Mouthwash.
3. Drink milk. It'll help to counter it.
4. Chew parsley. Yes, parsley. Trust me. If you're eating out and it's not a fast food place, chances are that there will be a sprig of parsley on your plate as a garnish. Eat it!

Garlic is one of my favourite things to put in a meal.

Garlic and onions. I use them both in multiple meals, every week.

It makes even the simplest dinner so flavoursome.
