Looks pretty good to me. I’ve only really ever had school lunch tofu, and I didn’t hate it, so..

I would like most Asian food if it wasn't for the sauces used.

I greatly dislike the sauces.

Unfortunately, I can't find the specific recipe/fish that my family uses, but I know it uses chili and pineapples in it.

My eldest child has Coeliac disease, so I cook glutenfree for them. (Medical)

A friend who is allergic to nuts. (Medical)

My late friend was Muslim. (Religious) And several muslim children in the primary school my two youngest attend. So birthday treats are pig free.

A cousin, a niece and several friends are vegetarian because of bio industry. (Moral)

Several friends, a friend of my 3d child and their mom don't want to eat pig because of the parasites. They also don't want to eat refined sugar (due to adhd) and rather don't eat meat too much. But will eat whatever you made for them.

And several other family members who can't eat fruits, nutmeg or paprika...

So... I cook either daily gluten free or make two meals with a "chinese Wall" principle.

My eldest has their own "just in case someone is handing out treats with gluten and forgot about them" box at school. With an assortment of gluten free treats.

And we read EVERY label in the shop...

Wow! That is a lot of restrictions! I wonder how parties are like. I do have some friends that do have some dietary restrictions moral, ethical, and religious.

I eat meat which has the blood drained from it, because Scripture teaches that blood contains the soul and to eat the blood of an animal is to risk tainting the soul of the eater with the remains of the eaten animal's soul.
Cellular memory theory attempts to explain why people who have received transplanted organs report having acquired the personal habits of the donor, which were previously alien to them, and the implications are that the spirit acquires the mental characteristics of the creature whose cells have been assimilated into the physical organism of the spirit.

Tofu is super soft or firm. I love the duality of what tofu can be

And there are different levels of softness/firmness since there are different types of tofu.

I have had it prepared very badly then. The only thing I eat it in is miso soup.

I'll have it in other things than soup, but usually it come breaded, which seems silly. Maybe they're playing to American tastes?
