Skin in mash is only good if it's Red Skinned potatoes. But tastes bad with Russets or any other type.

Lime is good but green apple is the best.

The question is skin or no skin?

Skin in mash is only good if it's Red Skinned potatoes. But tastes bad with Russets or any other type.

Red skinned potato’s are amazing in mashed potatoes. Applebee’s and Ruby Garden does a great job.

I had a dream last night that I went to an expensive local restaurant that had no vegetarian food options. So, I ordered a steak. I haven't eaten meat in probably fifteen years (just do not like the taste of texture of meats- I still raise animals for others to eat), so I had to explain to dream boyfriend that there was nothing there to eat. They didn't even have baked potatoes or anything on the menu. So, I ordered the $46 steak. When it got to the table, I cut into it and it was rare. But, I didn't complain and just meticulously cut it into cubes. I took my first bite off of the end and thought it was the worst taste I've ever tasted. I gave a bite to my dream boyfriend and he agreed. It was almost sour or fermented tasting in my dream. So, I sent it back and got a "Fairly Odd Parents" kids meal with macaroni that was on a secret menu.

That dream is better than all of my nightmares.

My experience with buying steaks to sizzle from the grocery stores though is that if you buy cheap, you get cheap; I went "cheap" before and I ended up with a rubbery, super hard piece of meat, it was truly atrocious beyond reckoning

Having had my wisdom teeth pulled: applesauce, mashed potatoes or any kind of smooth puree (cauliflower, etc), butternut soup, milkshake.

It's adequately salted, very very crunchy, and there is a nice taste of the French beef in the red wine sauce both before and as an aftertaste. Highly addictive but also somehow hard to find in the shops (it's not standard issue everywhere even in this city, somehow I have to take a train to a special mall to buy it).
