As I said in that thread, while the statement in and of itself is normal, the fact that Kim Yo-Jong said this instead of her brother is like bringing in oxygen to the smoldering flames of the conspiracy that Kim Jong-un is Kim Jong-dead. Hopefully, she just received a promotion to be government spokesperson, and it's not her becoming the leader of the northern Korean provinces because Kim Jong-un caught a fatal case of the deads.
